10/05/2024: Assez déçu, calme à notre arrivée, le restaurant est plutôt fait comme une cantine avec énormement de bruit lorsque le monde est arrivée . Les plats sont varié mais vous ne trouverez pas de cochon, riz cantonnais dinde, plusieurs pizza mais uniquement au fruits de mer et les plats pas très chaud.

05/04/2024: The hotel is clean, the rooms are not exceptional. But what saves this hotel, and really from the top, is a top team! Helpful but not obsequious, friendly but very respectful, whether it is the reception, the service in the restaurant or even the chef (who always visits the room to see if everything is going well), everyone is motivated and it shows and feels. They get along very well with each other and it shows. Truly a hotel I would happily return to!

27/03/2024: Warm welcome and very friendly staff but very dated and small room for the price. The hotel is aging and the soundproofing is poor for this price level, I thought I was in a Formula 1 with the price of a Novotel........

30/05/2024: Decent meal, quality meat. On the other hand, failed Béarnaise sauce (liquid). Very limited quantity. We ate the 8 pieces of bread that were brought to us because it was so weak. So value for money is more than bad. Having eaten in other restaurants of this chain, the quality is generally the same, the quantities are much lower

07/06/2024: Disgusting really, flies, GREEN FLIES that lay eggs on the sushi when you tell the staff at the cash register that there is a fly on the sushi they just chase the fly away? Pardon? When it's like that you at least change the fish and then the dry rice which certainly dates from the previous meal it's already average, the salty soy sauce or should I say the salt to the salty soy sauce. Forced to ask the staff for a bottle of water when he came 5 minutes before asking for drinks and then found him chatting in the counter with his colleagues instead of bringing water? But please. The staff who just remove the fly eggs from the meat and don't change the meat? In short, I went there twice but never again I prefer to drive 1 hour to go to one in Steel in Saint Etienne than to go to this one.

30/05/2024: Absolutely avoid! I gave one star because I can't give 0!!!! No taste for the dishes… fruits that are not fresh…. plus stomach problems from flooded toilets. I will never come back again.
