08/05/2024: J'ai voulu faire découvrir cette adresse mythique à la famille à l'occasion de leur visite Lyonnaise. Le service est inexistant : prise de commande, livraison et ramassage !!! La gratinée d'oignons est insipide, salade César quelleconque ! Un plat chaud servi tiède, une cuisson de viande non conforme à la demande. Difficile de trouver un seul point positif au cours de ce déjeuner. La fréquentation de ce lieu est telle que quelques clients insatisfaits ne changeront pas grande chose probablement pour la réputation de ce lieu. Quant à moi, il est certain que c'était la DER. Dommage pour un lieu soi disant mythique. J'allais oublier seule l'addition était à la hauteur !
05/05/2024: Contrairement à certains avis, je n'ai pas ressenti de précipitation ou le sentiment d'être pressé. Au contraire, nous avons pu prendre notre temps même pour régler l'addition.
Les plats étaient bons et généreusement servis. Je dois dire que je ne suis pas d'accord avec les critiques sur la qualité - après tout, ce n'est pas un restaurant gastronomique mais une brasserie, et dans cette catégorie, la qualité était tout à fait satisfaisante.
Cependant, je trouve que le prix du pâté en croûte était un peu élevé et aurait mérité d’être accompagné d’une petite salade de même que pour le saucisson pistaché qui aurait pu avoir quelques tranches supplémentaires.
Mais malgré cela, l'ambiance, le service et l'ensemble de l'expérience étaient excellents.
Je recommande vivement cette brasserie pour une sortie conviviale et originale.
Mention spéciale pour l’omelette Norvégienne!

04/04/2024: Bad service.. To begin with, a waiter is not at all pleasant, the latter looked down on me and was not at all pleasant with me.
In addition, first time eating at this place, I ordered the chef's risotto (osso buco) and finally ended up with a blue lobster accompanied by a risotto… given that there was no time to write the presence of lobster in the osso buco I tell myself that this is part of the dish and that it is prawns or langoustines given the size. I eat and end up in the emergency room for the whole night because I am very allergic to lobster!!!
I would like to thank the waiter with non-existent hearing but also a vision well below 10 because I had still shown the dish I wanted on the menu…

A renowned Lyon institution, and I was quite disappointed by the experience.
The tagine I ordered was tasteless, severely lacking in spices and flavors. The meat was dry and the semolina was uninteresting.
The Caesar salad was not worthy of this restaurant. The service was okay.
The price was high for the quality of the dishes served.
I am really disappointed with this experience. I expected much better from such a renowned brewery.
I do not recommend this establishment to those looking for refined and tasty cuisine.

I didn't want to rely on the negative comments, I did well. We came today at 12:30 p.m., we respected the wish I had expressed regarding a view of the room which is very beautiful.
The waiters are extremely friendly, the young man who took care of us is really adorable.
The cuisine, contrary to what I read, is really great. NO the sushi are not made by machine as someone said, we were behind the cooks, they are indeed handmade!! The makis and sushi are neither too big nor too small, the vinegared rice is to die for! The sashimi fish are fresh and very tasty, a change from the bland sashimi found in low coast buffets.
The concept of the conveyor belts is great, we were well placed so we had no problems with missing dishes.
Regarding the price, I didn't find it excessive, for 2 with 2 drinks we had a bill of 105€, so 50€ each and honestly we were going to spend money when we left. I find it honest. Each table has color coded plates with prices, so you have no surprises at the checkout just count as you take the dishes. The very small downside is that they only take one restaurant ticket card per table, and not by payment like many restaurants, so be careful if you split the bill!
We will come back without problem!!

04/04/2024: Generally we love vapiano, having visited in 4 countries. We were so excited to see a vapiano in Lyon, because we would know what we were getting. The food, as always, was great, and the location was amazing. However, the place inside felt run down. The seats were torn, the basil was wilted, and the place was generally dirty. Nothing worse than walking into a restaurant and the previous diners leftovers are crusting up in their abandoned bowls. The toilets were exceptionally dirty and the sink tap was broken- I’m sure the staff have somewhere else to wash their hands, but it doesn’t fill you with confidence about the hygiene! Come on vapiano, we know you can do better than this. This place has great potential!

30/03/2024: Very disappointed with our meal, the dishes are very spicy (a lot of pepper, the catastrophic tartare with too much mustard) and not fresh, the potatoes are raw, the brains of the canuts are a simple seasoned white cheese, in short to avoid
30/03/2024: Very good experience at Cintra, we ate well and the service was very pleasant.
However, when booking the meal, we had to deal with Julien who was unprecedentedly arrogant, he looks down on customers, uses very inappropriate irony bordering on disrespect. We are in business and are stunned to see a professional so condescending to customers. It is very unfortunate for the image of the restaurant to entrust the task of reservations to such a person. Fortunately we don't stop at first impressions!!!
Thank you all the same for this experience at Cintra, we will come back without going through the telephone reservation this time…

06/04/2024: We arrive at 11:45 a.m. establishment open, to ask if we can have a drink! They tell us no, we open at 12 p.m.! Ok it was just for a drink! We don't insist! But barely, with our backs turned, we are imitated by making fun of us, I turn around and say "wait at least until we have moved away! And then a waiter appears who tells me "I do and say what I want in my establishment! Well, I don’t think it’s the boss who speaks like that! Finally I wish it!
