01/02/2026: I'm disappointed. I ordered a mega krousty and they didn't give me cutlery, and an €11 taco meal that was the size of my iPhone. I removed the foil and it was even worse!

11/11/2025: One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten at. Two fries practically chasing each other. Barely any kebab meat in the bread; they forgot to add the sauce. For €12 for the meal, it's a bit pricey.

03/09/2024: Arriving at 5:30 p.m. we are still in front of the terminal.. no one has yet taken the order yet no car behind us and only one in front of us.
The best we complain about the wait and the hostess behind the microphone tells us to leave and doesn't want to take our order and asks her colleagues to call the municipal police so that we can leave the drive! Because we supposedly insulted her by complaining about the manager!!
Amazing, I've never seen that and yet I've had a lot of McDonald's so back to the McDonald's in L'Arbresle too bad
02/09/2024: What a scandal this McDonald's.... at 12 p.m., 15 minutes parker to wait for an order which arrives with cold products!!! You're asking for sauces that don't exist in the bag!!! Bravo incompetents!!!!!

06/12/2025: The pizzas are pretty good and affordable. I find the giant size really good value for money. I order often; delivery is free, and for me, it's always delivered on time, sometimes even early, even though I live 9 km from the pizzeria. They might arrive a little cold towards the end of the week, but given the distance, I understand.
05/10/2025: As I told you on the phone, your pizzas are delicious, but your delivery management is catastrophic! We called at 6:10 p.m. to be delivered on time; you announced 7:15 p.m.... and we finally got our delivery at 7:40 p.m. For a simple pizza!
Tonight was the last time I'd come to your place. You're losing a good customer because you're not professional.

Sincèrement déçu encore une fois
La première fois je prends une entrecôte au poivre. Arrive le plat une magnifique entrecôte trône au milieu de l’assiette
Je suis ravis je vais me régaler
Pffff pas du tout ! J’aime le sel mais là vraiment très salé je n’ai pas trouvé le poivre quel dommage
Ce soir filet de julienne sauce mouclade
Encore une fois hyper salé aucun goût
Vraiment c’est dommage il y a de belles cuisines une belle piscine les chambres pas mal mais le restaurant bof bof
