Both our menus were delicious and, above all, expertly prepared! It was a delight that there was even a vegetarian option with unusual dishes that tasted absolutely fantastic! The friendly and funny owner, with whom we enjoyed a very pleasant evening, rounded off the positive experience. The delicious pear and whiskey liqueur was the perfect finishing touch.
Thank you so much, we'll gladly come back again when we're in the area!

The prices are perfectly in line with the market. It's the best restaurant in Verdun.

08/06/2026: A real stroke of luck for our cycling group!** We stayed at the Hostellerie Bourguignonne with our cycling group and were absolutely thrilled. After a long day on our bikes, we received an incredibly warm welcome. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and offer exactly the comfort and peace and quiet you need after an active day. The culinary highlight in the evening was also fantastic; the kitchen spoiled us with first-class dishes, and the next morning a generous breakfast with a great selection awaited us, so we were perfectly fueled for the next leg of our journey. For cyclists and anyone who appreciates warm hospitality and excellent food, this place comes highly recommended – we felt completely at ease, would love to come back, and would like to thank the entire team!
