We had a wonderful evening at Le Caveau! Both our menus were delicious and, above all, expertly prepared! It was a delight that there was even a vegetarian option with unusual dishes that tasted absolutely fantastic! The friendly and funny owner, with whom we enjoyed a very pleasant evening, rounded off the positive experience. The delicious pear and whiskey liqueur was the perfect finishing touch. Thank you so much, we'll gladly come back again when we're in the area!

We had dinner at CAVEAU de VERDUN and we share the previous opinion. We tasted the local dishes, the Pochouse, the pike-perch; excellent food and a great atmosphere, we ate well and laughed a lot.

Excellent vegetarian menu, with plenty of choice, hearty and generous portions. Our dogs were also welcomed warmly. A friendly and welcoming place that's well worth a visit.

Excellent welcome for our dogs, generous and tasty cuisine, a special menu for vegetarians, a great atmosphere, jokes shared over a complimentary digestif (generously offered). A very good place that I recommend without hesitation!

We spent a wonderful evening together at Caveau. All the dishes were delicious: Oeuf en Meurette, Entrecôte, Haxe, and Gebrenne Crème for dessert. A great selection of wines at moderate prices. The atmosphere was unique, thanks to Robert's hospitality.

My husband and I loved it...wow, what a welcome! We laughed a lot, the atmosphere was wonderful, we felt right at home, and the food was delicious. I discovered the "pochouse" (a local specialty)! 😍 We'll definitely be back to try the frog legs, but especially for the atmosphere and the waiter...he certainly doesn't look his age, given how much he jokes around. A must-try!

We had a lovely evening. The host was welcoming and the waiter very friendly. The Valentine's Day menu was fantastic, with a gift for all couples. We'll definitely be back.

Hostellerie Bourguignonne

23/04/2026: I went to dinner with my wife at this restaurant. The meal was decent, but at €240 for two people, it wasn't good value for money. We had three glasses of wine, far from being a grand cru (Côtes du Rhône). There was no choice of wines by the glass. And as is often the case, the food wasn't homemade, but rather (okay) vacuum-packed or frozen dishes from industrial suppliers. I knew this restaurant 20 years ago, and back then, the cuisine was much more upscale than it is today. Unfortunately, good, authentic French cuisine is slowly disappearing.
05/04/2026: We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a truly wonderful time. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and above all, very clean, which is essential for us. The room was cozy and tidy, perfect for relaxing after the trip. A highlight is definitely the breakfast: varied, plentiful, and with excellent quality products, perfect for starting the day off right. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Katrin, who was always ready to help. We absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly return!
