29/02/2024: Olive supplement paid 3€ On arrival zero olives

15/02/2024: We had take away pizza. We had 3 different pizzas, but unfortunately all of them weren’t very well cooked, so you could feel a little bit the dough. The kids didn’t like it, so we had 2 untouched pizzas, a thing that never happened before.

03/04/2024: I would rather have a hot chocolate at McDonald's. Ordering a 9-euro hot chocolate from a screen that was effectively machine-made is just the wrong price. Also, the fire was smoking out the restaurant, with many people coughing and complaining. When I spoke to the staff about the smoke, I was answered rudely by a taller, long-haired gentleman with glasses. “What can we do!” and walked off!!

02/04/2024: Very nice terrace, beautiful view and nice entertainment in the afternoon. Prices are like everywhere else in Tignes, namely stratospheric

02/04/2024: Hello, we had a good stay at the Arbina, the location in particular is unbeatable. On the other hand, the hotel is really tired and needs a complete renovation and the staff does not know the region well.

29/03/2024: The rudest mamager I have ever encountered, totally unhelpful. My husband, son and I tried to get a table in a half-full restaurant at 7:10 this evening. The waiter said they were full, but at least six tables were empty, albeit reserved. My husband asked if they could squeeze us in before their bookings arrived, we would be quick etc. They said no, so he asked to see the manager because it was clear they didn’t want the business and a manager is usually equipped to find ways to help their customers. Not this one, though, who simply refused to engage with an open mind and walked away refusing to give him the time of day. This manager needs to go back to school and learn some manners. For example, could she not have suggested we wait at the bar until a table became available? This is how good restaurant managers handle a full cover. Alas, her mind was made up and she dismissed him rudely as a nuisance. I guess holiday makers are not worth making a fuss over as a new batch arrives next week. We continued up the road to Pizzeria Mao, which was also full but they welcomed us with a smile and squeezed us in their fully booked cover. We had a great meal and just left a very big tip!

19/08/2023: Mixed opinion, pleasantly received and served by a pleasant young waiter. The dishes are expensive and we had a fondue which we found rather bland and very thick, apart from a slight taste of white wine I did not find the taste of cheese. In short, for the price it was a big disappointment. The charcuterie, on the other hand, was very good. The dessert (chocolate flow) was delicious.

16/08/2023: No hello when we arrived, a Savoyard fondue without any taste of cheese to the point of wondering if it was not a freeze-dried fondue, the quality of the cold meats very low and a salad with very little sauce. In short, no wonder that at the end of the meal the table was cleared for us without even asking if we enjoyed it. How sad, if you don't know how to make fondue, the cooperative 100 meters away can prepare it. Honestly disappointed
