A bit of waiting time as it gets busy since it is so good!
21/03/2024: We stayed a week in the Palafour gallery, where this establishment is located. Every morning, we went to find something savory and sweet for breakfast, and from time to time sandwiches to eat at lunchtime. Honestly, don't look elsewhere to eat and drink, go to La Croisse directly. Not only is everything very good, but it's also not expensive. You eat fresh, of quality and in quantity for an almost ridiculous price, compared to other establishments of the same type which look down on themselves with excessive prices, mediocre quality and quantity. Establishment which also has a bar area for a drink, or several, with friends or family. Very sincerely, for two years now we have only seen them for our breakfasts and lunches. We know what we eat and what it costs us. Keep it up. Plus, the team is great and super friendly.

25/10/2023: Excellent welcome, the 2 waitresses are always friendly and smiling, the meals are copious and above all very good (a construction worker's word) I would happily come back with my family in this pleasant setting with a magnificent view of the lake and its surroundings!

06/04/2024: Went out for a meal at the Queue de Cochon, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable yet still felt very classy. The manager, Sarah, was very helpful, talking through the menu in detail while describing all the dishes and what they came with.
The charcuterie board was great with enough for multiple people, the pigs tail which was accompanied by croutons and apple sauce were absolutely delicious, and the Joues de Boeuf was perfectly tender, as it just melted apart. It came with mash and carrots in a beef jus which tasted amazing.
The food came with a bread basket with homemade passion fruit and sweet chilli butter which tasted incredible, lovely touch to the already beautiful meal.
Everything from the service to the food itself was outstanding, we will definitely be returning next time we are back in tignes

04/03/2024: Really really good sushi, as good as anywhere I have had. Great to get something different this high up. You can sit in but there is only two small tables or takeaway. You can order what you want or grab one of their readymade boxes in the fridge.
27/01/2024: The staff is very friendly, some vegan options are welcome (be careful, the miso soup is not) but the prices are quite high even if I understand the logistical constraints of supplying the resort which inevitably drive up the prices. On the other hand, an effort would be appreciated to reduce plastic packaging. There are many alternatives, particularly cardboard, which do the job just as well.

for a meal at 10 resa ok from Sunday to Friday in high season.
great for lunch too and the crepe snacks are gargantuan.
we recommend the best pizzas eaten in a long time.
the lasagna is hearty and very good too.
we also go back there for the setting and the kindness of the staff
