17/11/2025: The establishment is clean and well-organized, with helpful staff despite the lunchtime rush. The service is quick and efficient. We will definitely return when we are in Barentin.

10/07/2025: Luckily, the sales assistants are there to save the day! I had pointed out that baguettes weren't like they used to be, that something had changed regarding their storage. Before, when I took a baguette out of my freezer after a week, it was almost the same as the first day I bought it. Today, it remains hard as a rock after thawing, inedible... just a shame. I'm not talking about Viennese pastries and other king cakes...you'll have to rethink your copy! I live and work in the countryside, so I don't go out to get my bread every day, so I stock up on baguettes.

15/02/2026: Shameful and unacceptable! We placed a click & collect order and waited over an hour and a half before being served, despite numerous follow-ups. The app indicated that the order had been ready for over 45 minutes, while customers who arrived after us left with their bags without any problem. It was impossible to get a straight answer: the employees told us they didn't know and that we had to wait. We asked to see the manager… who flatly refused to speak to us. We were finally told that the order had been validated, but hadn't even been prepared. Utter nonsense. And after all that wasted time, the order was incomplete: 20 nuggets… but only 16 in the box, and half-empty fries. Disorganized service, a total lack of professionalism, and no respect for the customer. A catastrophic experience from beginning to end.

14/02/2026: A disgrace, over an hour's wait. Cold food, incomplete order. Every other car around us was served before us. Unbelievable.

15/02/2026: Minimal service, minimal heating (air conditioning/heating) supposedly broken that very afternoon... The auxiliary heater was practically useless. In winter, it was truly terrible. Non-existent insulation; it felt cold and drafty even though the auxiliary heater was on. This hotel should be avoided, especially in winter, and certainly the same in warm weather... We filed a complaint the following afternoon by phone because we didn't have time to deal with them that morning. The manager was supposedly absent, and we should have complained that morning, and breakfast should have been offered to us (especially since we didn't have it there). And I'm not even mentioning the sports team that stayed the same night as us and left their rooms at 8:00 AM (on a Sunday), banging on every door and making an unimaginable racket to wake up their teammates or something. We were right in the middle of their rooms... Management showed absolutely no concern for all the noise and rejected all responsibility... Unacceptable

02/02/2026: Comfortable and clean, I slept well, the bathtub and Wi-Fi were great. However, they don't accept restaurant vouchers. A shame.
