05/04/2024: Already, they forgot my frozen foods when I ordered at the beginning of February. I called, and they asked me to file a claim online. What I have done. No answer. On the 27th, new online order. App bug. I call and ask me to wait a few hours for things to settle down. In the evening, I try again and my address is no longer recognized (even if I enter it several times). The next day, it works!! and am supposed to receive my order in the afternoon between 2 and 4 p.m. But it does not arrive. On the app it is finally scheduled for the next day. The next day: NOTHING. On the app, it is scheduled again for the next day but at a different time. Again Nothing. 3 times I stay at home to receive an order that does not arrive. I called customer service who told me that my order was not validated. I reconnect to the app and surprise: the order is no longer validated (it was just before my call). The person asks to write to customer service, which I do immediately. After 3 reminders, customer service informed me that to compensate for the non-delivery of frozen foods at the beginning of February, I would receive compensation of 5 euros (!!!) without even responding to me about the non-delivery of my order from the 27th. and multiple reminders. Since this one and only email from them, I have requested a response to my request 6 times by email. I get a response every time that I have a response within 24 hours max and that doesn't happen. It's deplorable to consider customer relations so little. I have decided to permanently stop ordering from Auchan, and I invite all people, who like me, feel so unheard to do like me: go elsewhere. 06/04/2024: please advise when customers reserve a table that there will be a singer and that the sound will be so loud that it will be difficult to speak with the people sitting at our table... because for us, it is not "the atmosphere” that we were looking for and as a result, we would have been elsewhere! And we weren't the only ones. Too bad because the single dish we ate was good, but the context made us leave without having dessert...

01/04/2024: The classic and clean setting of this Del Arte pizzeria is enhanced by a lovely view of the Seine. This is its only strong point. I must be quite old fashioned but I'm always embarrassed to be served by a waitress with tattoos and piercings - I'm always a little worried about hygiene, especially when she's so unsmiling. Unfortunately the food was like the service: bland and indigestible. The dough for my pizza was not cooked and the ingredients were thrown away in a hurry. My husband's Caesar salad was bathed in a bad, indigestible sauce. We didn't linger and we're sure we won't come back. The setting is not enough to compensate for poor cuisine and lackluster service. 🙁

01/04/2024: Attention tourists, go your way! Very bad restaurant despite the fact that it welcomed us without reservation. My 400g entrecôte seemed more oriented towards 300g. In addition, the meat arrived lukewarm... For my friend, the entire sea bass was not cooked well. The stomach area was stained with blood, and the fish was not scaled! The sauces that accompanied our dishes were not good at all. We were able to listen to the large table next door, they had 3 uncooked cod and the steak requested pink arrived blue...
