19/03/2024: Excellent bar like few others, discovered completely by chance while walking on Rue Damiette. The discreet storefront doesn't look like much. Once through the door, what a surprise! we dive directly into an atypical 1920s atmosphere and discover a cozy and vintage atmosphere. The waiters are dressed and styled as they were in those days, which adds to the change of scenery. The cocktails are delicious, sophisticated and well-proportioned - you just have to see the bartender at work to understand that here, mixology is an art and it's no laughing matter! Well stocked board (we tried the mixed one). Prices a little higher than average, but you pay for the quality. Truly a timeless and unmissable place!

13/04/2024: Honestly not excited about this place. We were cold throughout the meal, no entrance, the door opens outwards and as there are steps, customers leave the door open for a while to enter or exit. The setting is welcoming and the service remains a service, if you don't finish your plates, the staff pays less attention to you. The price is clearly exaggerated compared to what you have on your plates, small quantity and we think we had things defrosted. Starter: perfect egg normally served on a smoked bacon espuma, in reality it was a perfect egg bathed in a very salty liquid bacon cream accompanied by very very oiled frying.... dish not finished. Main course: Snacked scallops on white pudding and small crunchy vegetables, dishes served cold, white pudding glazed to the core, scallops barely snakked dripping with water when cut, small crunchy vegetables, a red radish cut into 4... ..unfinished dish, tasteless scallops or scallops can be defrosted. Dessert: chocolate cake accompanied by a scoop of ice cream, inedible, upper and lower biscuit making up the soggy cake, biscuit was perhaps not of the day. The plates are well presented, but all that does not justify the price; 60€ for two meals + 10€ for a single aperitif is really too expensive. You can find better without going far. Too bad because reading the comments, we were happy to go to this restaurant for lunch, maybe we didn't happen on the right day..

26/03/2024: We were given a very warm welcome in this place. The daily menu was tasty for a very reasonable price. A beautiful place with a very friendly atmosphere. We will return with pleasure!

01/03/2024: Bad experience, to have a good time with my daughter and her girlfriend. Dish arrives. Already a bad find in my daughter's mouth of a staple. Well, I warn the friendly waiter in passing. In short, this can happen... no chance for my daughter, she then finds a hair of beard in her mashed potato... it's too much I decide to leave without having eaten the dishes. I stop at the cash register to pay for my drinks which I hadn't consumed either. And the reflection of the boss who tells me that “it’s going to be okay already I’m not paying for the dishes!!!! " Still happy. There's no question of paying for the drinks after that. The least thing would have been to apologize. We don't all have the same sense of business!!! And above all while I am talking with this lady, the boss takes the liberty of putting my two 9 year old daughters outside and holding them by the arm... quite an experience. Too bad to review your principles
