I don't understand how someone who orders fish because they don't eat meat can end up with their skewers swimming in meat sauce. Mistakes happen, but when I called, they clearly told me over the phone that it wasn't their problem. No apology, nothing. Not even a gesture of goodwill. It's unacceptable!

09/03/2026: As a regular at this restaurant, I recommended it to a friend for her daughter's christening. Initially, everything went well; the owner was very responsive and offered a very reasonable price. But on the day... a disaster... We waited an hour and a half for our couscous! And not even during peak service; it was 3 pm when we arrived at the restaurant... Meanwhile, they were serving us a delicious eggplant caviar, but without any toast or bread... The bread baskets arrived sporadically... The couscous finally arrived, but there were no utensils to serve it with! We had to ask again and again... The guests were so hungry that some started serving themselves couscous with forks... In desperation... Two people had ordered steak and fries, and they arrived after we had already finished our couscous... When we asked for the table to be cleared so we could eat dessert (brought by the parents), we were told they would come and clear it when they had time... So we cleared everything ourselves... And then, to top it all off, there were no more cutlery or plates... We had to wait an incredibly long time... The brave waiter assigned to us was completely alone, going back and forth with almost no help... This restaurant shouldn't accept such large groups; they don't know how to manage. They should stick to traditional dining and avoid disappointing so many people who should have been together in joy and peace, but instead ended up hungry and stressed...

09/03/2026: I am writing in response to recent comments regarding the event scheduled for March 8th for approximately forty people. Unfortunately, the organization was very disappointing and fell far short of what would have been expected for an event planned for some time. From the very beginning of service, it was clear that the restaurant was not prepared to accommodate a group of this size. There were not enough place settings, the service was overwhelmed, and there was clearly a lack of staff to handle the situation. The servers had to manage our group, the tables on the ground floor, and those outside, which was simply impossible under normal circumstances. However, I would like to emphasize that the servers did everything they could to cope with this difficult situation. They were clearly neither sufficiently prepared, nor numerous enough, nor properly equipped to handle the influx of customers. Special mention goes to the server with the cap (sorry, I don't know his name) who undoubtedly did his best and was the most attentive. The real problem clearly lies with the restaurant's management. The manager is primarily responsible for this poor organization. When accepting an event of this magnitude, it is essential to plan ahead: ensuring sufficient staff, equipment, and appropriate organization. None of this seems to have been done. Even worse, the manager didn't even bother to meet with the customers to apologize or try to calm the situation. This is regrettable, as it puts the employees on the front line, facing customer dissatisfaction, when they are simply doing the best they can with the resources available to them. The staff is not to blame. We wish these employees, who tried their best despite clearly difficult working conditions, all the best for the future.

02/05/2026: When this bakery with organic bread opened in place of the excellent and very friendly previous bakery, I was relieved. Unfortunately, while the products seem to be of good quality (the pastries are beautiful, I often glance at them as I pass by), they are really too expensive. As for the "good bread," also very expensive, it's so overcooked, the crust so hard, that I rarely buy it unless I see a slightly undercooked piece. I've already asked the staff about it, and the only answer was: that's just how it is, bread has to be well-baked to be digestible. I think it's mostly a fad. As the granddaughter of real bakers, I appreciate good bread and respect their hard work, but I also know that there are ways to stagger the baking time so there's something for everyone. Since it opened, I've often walked through this shop empty-handed, discouraged by the burnt or nearly burnt bread. Neighbors have told me the same thing. So, a word to the wise for those who love well-baked bread and still have good teeth: give it a try! For everyone else, it's best to abstain. I'm disappointed because I frequented this place near my home for about thirty years. Now I go from bakery to bakery, trying my luck... It's a real shame because it must represent a huge amount of work for this team of skilled professionals.

28/04/2026: Unacceptable experience. During my meal, I discovered a hair inside my cheese naan. This type of problem constitutes a serious breach of hygiene standards and is completely unacceptable in a restaurant. As a result, I was unable to eat my meal, which made my experience entirely negative. I would like to point out that this type of situation makes the restaurant responsible. I therefore request a full refund for the dish in question, or even for the entire meal, as well as compensation commensurate with the inconvenience suffered. Without a prompt response from you, I will be forced to report this incident to the appropriate authorities. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment in its current state.

17/04/2026: We called yesterday evening, no driver was available for the delivery. Mr Surya really went the extra mile and even came out in person to bring us our order. Fantasic food, amazing service - our go to place for Indian food in the area.

01/05/2026: I've been a customer here for several years, and it's one of the best places in the Montreuil neighborhood! Never disappointed by the quality, and above all, it's incredibly affordable 👍 The pizzas are delicious, made with excellent ingredients that bring out a lot of flavor, the crust is thin and crispy, and it's not heavy. The tiramisu is also excellent, definitely worth trying again and again 👌

23/05/2026: A superb culinary discovery and a fantastic atmosphere. Our waitress, Delphine, was incredibly attentive. Generous portions and delicious pizza crust. We came with three children (7, 9, and 12 years old) who enjoyed playing ping-pong, darts, and foosball. There's a real "village" feel to it; everyone greets each other, chats, and asks for information. We had a wonderful time. 25/05/2026: Visited on the evening of Sunday, May 24th. Clearly, it's usually a good place, but last night was disappointing. Upon arrival, we saw the waiter alone (both at the bar and serving) and probably a cook alone as well. We could hear people complaining about the wait for their food and cocktails; some people preferred to leave rather than wait. We were quickly seated. No complaints there. We ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and a glass of rosé. The waiter was overwhelmed but on top of things. Everyone was putting pressure on him, but he was managing as best he could. We ordered a burger, a cheese/charcuterie platter, and a bowl of fries. And I've rarely been so disappointed by a meal. The mixed platter was generous and tasty, but it's hard to mess up something like that. The burger was served with an overcooked patty and soggy, undercooked fries. €20 for that really hurts the wallet. So, naturally, the extra bowl of fries was also soggy. Luckily, they didn't charge us for it. We ate the mixed platter and left. I left the waiter a tip. Having worked in restaurants, I know what terrible service is like. And he did the best he could. He had the right attitude, you could tell. So it's not so much the establishment and the staff I'm criticizing. Just that they need to hire more staff, in case an employee makes a mistake, and they need to ensure the quality of the food they serve. Serving an overcooked steak and soggy fries is unacceptable in 2026. It's a real shame. It's probably fine normally, but it wasn't that night.

19/05/2026: This place has become my go-to spot when I'm at the office; it's just like home. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but the food is still good.
