For context, we were on vacation in a shopping mall.

The service was fine, and the staff did their best.
However, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The cuts of meat were mediocre, the cooking was inconsistent, the side dishes were poor, and the presentation was disastrous.
It had been a very long time since my last visit, and I didn't recognize Courtepaille. The unlimited side dishes are gone; now you have to choose just one.
The bread is disgusting, and the desserts are frozen.
That's not why Courtepaille has become cheap: €30 for a main course, dessert, and drink! That's it for me; I won't be going back. I'll go to Hippo or Buffalo Grill instead.

29/09/2026: I'm a regular at this restaurant.
I even came for dinner again on Sunday evening with one of my sons.
We received a very warm welcome from Mathieu. He took care of us from beginning to end. I'm not getting any younger, and I've been fortunate enough to dine in restaurants of all levels.
Pizza del Arte is a mid-range restaurant, but such efficient, professional, and friendly service is extremely rare. So I want to thank Mathieu because we were truly delighted with our evening thanks to him.
We will definitely be back and hope to be served by Mathieu again.

I highly recommend it!
06/09/2026: Finally, I tried ice cream! Having heard about the different flavors, I wanted to try them and I was delighted! Biscotti, amaretto, pistachio, amarena—yum, what a treat! I'll definitely be back. I haven't tried the pizzas or crepes yet.

11/09/2026: A very bad experience. The food was unfortunately not good, and on top of that, the service was very disappointing.
We were subjected to some rather inappropriate remarks simply because we had ordered a small amount. I find it really unfortunate to make customers feel unwelcome just because their order isn't large enough.
Regardless of the amount spent, a customer should be welcomed and treated with respect. Between the quality of the food and the staff's attitude, we left very disappointed. I unfortunately do not recommend this restaurant.
11/09/2026: A very disappointing experience. The food clearly lacked quality and flavor, especially considering the prices. The service didn't help matters: the staff were unpleasant, haughty, and made unnecessary remarks. We felt very uncomfortable. I won't be returning.

19/10/2026: Unacceptable service at Léon de Rosny 2 restaurant!
Today, at 1:40 PM, we arrived at Léon de Rosny 2 restaurant with our children.
Upon arrival, the receptionist tried to seat us right next to the sliding doors, which open and close every time someone passes by, even though it was only 11°C outside.
I politely declined this table, as we had experienced the exact same situation at this establishment a month ago. That day, despite the much milder outside temperature, we were extremely cold during our meal.
This time, I asked to be seated in the dining room, where many tables were available. But the receptionist categorically refused, claiming that the restaurant closed at 3:00 PM and that she could only offer us tables located on either side of the sliding doors.
At 1:45 PM, with children and an outside temperature of 11°C, was it really unreasonable to ask for a table sheltered from drafts, especially since the restaurant was far from full?
So we decided to leave without even sitting down.
It's not just a matter of seating, but of common sense, hospitality, and consideration for customers. When you work in the restaurant industry, customer comfort should be a priority, not a burden!
A particularly disappointing experience, especially since it wasn't the first time.
