21/03/2026: Second order in two months from Au Bureau in Belfort. The first time, the bacon on the burger wasn't cooked; it was practically raw... I got a refund through the delivery platform.
And this second time, it seemed okay until I got food poisoning. I spent the whole day throwing up my guts... since it was my only meal yesterday, I have no doubt that this little surprise triggered it 😁 I think things must have changed in the kitchen recently because I've never been so disappointed by this chain in Belfort. One more small detail: both times, the two sauces in the XL cheesy plate were missing...

03/04/2026: The young woman serving the crepes is very pleasant and smiling; a significant improvement in service and hygiene. The prices of cold drinks have increased considerably, which is a shame, as have the pastries, which are now €3 and some cents. With a drink, it quickly adds up to €8 or €9, but it's still reasonable compared to other places.

09/04/2026: On Thursday, April 9th, while passing through Belfort, we stopped for a snack because the Columbus concept seemed appealing. However, it was regrettable that the drinks preparer was so impatient and unpleasant. We had to rush to order!
Luckily, the brunette at the register redeemed the atmosphere, otherwise I would have left.
Madam: change professions if customers bother you so much! We had just discovered the concept and your products, and it wasn't easy to choose quickly.

14/09/2025: Fantastic experience! Le Rond de Serviette is a charming place where you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, refined, well-balanced, and expertly prepared. The service is impeccable: attentive, discreet, yet readily available when needed. The ambiance is elegant without being stuffy, and the decor greatly enhances the dining experience. The value for money is excellent. I will gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant.

06/11/2025: I recently discovered this little family-run restaurant, and what a wonderful surprise! Working right next door at the 4 As therapy center, I now go there regularly between noon and 2 pm. The welcome is always warm: smiling, kind, and attentive staff. The food is absolutely delicious, with truly excellent value for money. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing, perfect for a real break over a meal. A huge thank you to the whole team for their passion and kindness. A real gem that I wholeheartedly recommend! ❤️
