08/08/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for four years. I get takeout because I work from home, and it's truly delicious. The quality of the meat is excellent. I always get the beef loc lac with sautéed broccoli—I absolutely love that combination. Besides being delicious, the customer service is top-notch 🤗

11/08/2026: I bought five meals and only received two mayonnaises. I politely asked for more, but the woman with glasses refused, saying it would be 20 cents per additional mayonnaise. Surprised, she told me to go back to the first drive-thru window to pay. And to top it off, she forgot to give me two ice creams from the meal. I had to go back to get them. Needs improvement.

02/07/2026: An Asian institution that lets us travel without even taking a plane. The menu is varied and everything is fresh. My go-to spot for 10 years and never disappointed. Happiness is in all those sauces.

Excellent place! The kebab is delicious, with quality meat and fresh ingredients. The portions are generous, the bread is excellent, and the fries are perfectly crispy. The welcome is warm, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. One of the best kebabs in Créteil, I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

25/04/2026: A great find at this restaurant serving fish, meat, couscous, pasta, and hamburgers. I ordered a dish cooked in a clay pot (gargoulette) and I highly recommend it; the meat was incredibly tender and the rice was perfectly seasoned with a curry sauce.
The waiter was friendly and we were served quite quickly.
I recommend their tea and French toast for dessert. Good value for money. A place not to be missed.

21/07/2026: This McDonald's is filthy. I wanted to wash my hands before eating, but there was no soap in the restroom. I asked at the counter for soap, and they told me to go wash my hands by asking the woman at the McCafé. Delivery drivers and everyone else pick up their orders RIGHT IN THE KITCHEN!! THEY LITERALLY WALK BEHIND THE COUNTER while the employees are preparing your orders. Delivery drivers, people—everyone comes in and walks right over your food.
SAFETY INSPECTION? I DON'T THINK IT'S GETTING A FAILURE. INSTEAD OF FOUNDATION IN SMALL FAST FOOD OUTLETS, AN INSPECTION OF THE CRÉTEIL SOLEIL MCDONALD'S IS NECESSARY.
PS: I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT BEFORE.

16/06/2026: We stumbled upon this Portuguese restaurant during an impromptu lunch, and what a pleasant surprise! The €16 lunch menu offers a starter, main course, and dessert, all of remarkable quality.
We were particularly impressed by the dish recommended by the owner: cod à la Braga. The cod fillet was exquisite, with a crispy exterior and a fresh interior, accompanied by delicious potato slices. The elegant presentation of the dish was also noteworthy.
The homemade flan for dessert, garnished with a slice of orange and caramel, was the perfect ending to this delicious meal.
The service was impeccable, the value for money excellent, and the quality of the food undeniable. We highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning. I've also included photos of the dishes we enjoyed to share this visual experience with others.

18/07/2026: I don't like posting negative reviews about restaurants, but the disappointment is real. Our visit to the Hippopotamus in Créteil last week was our last. The customer service, order taking, and overall service were far too slow. We arrived at 1 p.m. and didn't leave until 3 p.m., and it wasn't because the food was good—quite the opposite. The portions became ridiculously small compared to the price we ordered (even when ordering à la carte). We all asked for our meat to be cooked rare, but ours arrived medium-well. The hamburger on my order was even partially black. We didn't ask to exchange our meat because we had already waited long enough. So we ate it without any enjoyment. We paid and left quickly so as not to miss our movie. The waitress didn't even say a word to ask if everything was alright. I think they know that overall things aren't going well... It's a real shame because we loved this chain when we first discovered it in Paris 20 years ago.
Hippopotamus isn't what it used to be.
(Value for money, service, friendly atmosphere)
PS: My daughter, who ordered a children's meal, didn't receive the little gift that was supposed to be included.

A sign clearly indicates opening time as 10:00, but the doors were indeed locked. First experience with this restaurant, disappointing.
