29/02/2024: Very bad experience. Dirty and unwelcoming restaurant, smell of fried food but no significant food. The waitress offers us “what accompaniment with your dish? » to make us pay for two dishes at the checkout (so the side dish was not one!). So more expensive than taking a menu! The impression that I had been fooled and not even entertained: a bland and flavorless dish. To top it off, the only restaurant in the area for professionals, don't take the restaurant ticket card... avoid it!

11/05/2024: Overall good for a fast food restaurant. We ordered from our smartphone because we had an offer and it was impossible to enter it on the terminals. Served quite quickly for 5 menus ordered. Everything was hot. The negative chicken duel is the state of the toilets as is often the case in this kind of place unfortunately. The staff is friendly

30/03/2024: Poor lighting in the shower room does not mean that the distance to the Eiffel Tower is not serious, when I made the reservation it appears to be 9 km but in reality it is more than 20 km.

05/04/2024: Delighted to be back at del arte with my mother. The waitress and also Manager is friendly and helpful. Fast service and the pizzas are good.
The “ancestral” waitress has still been there for over 20 years and has not changed.
Looking forward to coming back.
05/04/2024: I came at 9:05 p.m. and no one came to see me to ask if we wanted a table...
I introduce myself, and I am placed on a table in front of the cooks.
After 25 minutes: no one comes to see me, and everyone walks past me, the waiters don't even count me...
I left again and lost 30 minutes of time.
When leaving, a couple had also been waiting for more than 10 minutes, they also left, explaining the case to them...
However there weren't many people there.

Wait too long (practically 15 minutes! Fortunately it's a "fast" food, it leaves you dreaming)
Frost in almost no terminal
Fewer and fewer promotions (you have to take a product not on promotion to benefit from it)
If it's the world championship for worst McDonald's, you're in the running for the title!
