01/04/2026: Our first experience at this Indian restaurant and we were won over! A warm welcome, a lovely setting, and above all, delicious food. Good value for money, plenty of choice, and some equally delightful discoveries. We used to frequent a former restaurant nearby that has since closed, and had a few other disappointing experiences in neighboring towns. We still have others to try, but for now, Le Royal Shah Jahan is a must. We arrived without a reservation this Saturday on a whim, and despite this, we were welcomed and had an excellent dinner. The service was attentive and quite quick, considering how busy it was and that there were only three people working in the dining room that evening. A special mention for Mr. Singh Ladi, who is very professional, friendly, and attentive. He truly provided us with top-notch service. We highly recommend this restaurant, but remember to book, especially on weekends. We appreciate our luck in getting a table this Saturday. Thank you to the whole team and best of luck. 17/03/2026: A very good experience. We had come to see Roland Magdane's show, so we decided to have dinner at the Baccara restaurant. It was our first time there, and we weren't disappointed. It was enchanting from beginning to end. The dishes were exquisite, everything was excellent, the meat was very good and cooked to perfection. We had a memorable time. The welcome at the casino entrance was very warm, and all the staff were lovely, classy, ​​and always smiling. It was wonderful. We had the honor and privilege of meeting the restaurant manager, a lovely and very professional person who loves his work and is very competent. We truly had an exceptional experience at this establishment. Everything is beautiful, everything is refined, everyone is charming and smiling. We also thank our head waiter, Guillaume, who took care of us from beginning to end with great professionalism. The waiters were also all charming and discreet, proving that there are still establishments where the customer is truly well received. We were given a great deal of attention; it was very pleasant, very classy, ​​very friendly, very affable, and on top of that, a very beautiful The table was beautifully set and presented, just the way I like it. 09/03/2026: We came today and what a pleasure! I've been before, and my partner was there for the first time. His first words upon leaving were, "I really appreciate the welcome." The waitress (a young blonde woman) was very pleasant, smiling, simply fantastic. And the manager—sorry, I don't have a name—was beyond amazing, and what can I say about his cappuccino with a heart?! 😂😂😂😂 If you're looking for a cool place with a great welcome, a good atmosphere, and a lovely team... just walk through the door of L'Office in Enghien. Having already had lunch and dinner there several times, it's truly top-notch; there's absolutely nothing to criticize about this establishment. We will definitely be back.

09/03/2026: Good evening, I am writing to express my profound disappointment following my visit to your establishment today, accompanied by a friend. The welcome was simply unpleasant, even shocking. Upon arrival, we were served by a waiter displaying unacceptable arrogance, rushing us to choose with inappropriate humor bordering on vulgarity. Subsequently, the young waitresses' attitude was equally disrespectful: no greeting, no polite greeting, cold stares, a curt tone of "what do you want?", with absolutely no sense of service or consideration for the customers. The situation deteriorated further when it came time to pay. We waited nearly ten minutes at the counter while a waiter, clearly unconcerned, laughed with his colleague without even looking at us. When he finally deigned to speak to us, it was with a condescending tone: "Do you want to pay?" — a completely unacceptable attitude. I am a loyal customer in the Île-de-France region, particularly at the Enghien location, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such a lack of professionalism. However, tonight's experience was particularly deplorable. I sincerely regret staying until the end, and even paying the bill. It is urgent that your staff be reminded of the basics of the profession: respect, politeness, a sense of service, and professionalism. As things stand, it is inconceivable to treat customers in this manner. For my friend and me, this will unfortunately be the last time at your establishment.

24/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! On my first visit, I tried the scaloppina alla romana, and it was simply delicious. The waiters sang to me for my birthday as they brought my dessert (fresh pineapple with exquisite homemade ice cream), and we had a very pleasant time. The decor is authentic.
