17/08/2024: Never again: long, bad, service….. in short nothing is going… to avoid

01/08/2024: I have eaten there regularly in recent years without problems, but in recent months the service has deteriorated, and today I ate paper towels mixed with salad!! It disgusts me to the highest degree. I will definitely never go back there again.

07/08/2024: Very sincerely to flee. This is not at all a hotel that I recommend. Very dirty. Unpleasant smell, duvet with holes from a cigarette, dirty towel, dead animals on the bed, dirty room, radiator ravaged by fungus. In short, we feel extremely bad there, I haven't even done 10 minutes.

06/08/2024: Beware of bedbugs. A large pile of mattresses are outside, we wondered why..... All the Olympic drivers are being relocated to other hotels. Plus 2 other drivers were robbed in their rooms while they were away. The manager Carla has nothing to do with it.

28/12/2023: Shocking service that throws away change It seems like French service is running out of steam here.

23/12/2023: The worst starbucks ever visited. Staff's actions are very very rude. I asked whether they had a frappuccino, she could had said no but instead she gave me a funny look with a rude hand gesture. Starbucks standard is clearly very low here in Paris.

15/12/2024: Don't forget something at the hotel, they act dead and don't respond afterwards Nice!!!

09/09/2024: Terrible hotel, not recommended. They gave 7 of us rooms with guests in them, we walked into other peoples room.

24/08/2024: The sandwiches are inedible. Hard bread, I had to throw it away. Horrible. Better a sandwich from the relay or monoprix. Run away!!

19/08/2024: I have never eaten such a bad salad at an exorbitant price A shame for French cuisine!

25/08/2024: CASHIER WHO INSULTS A CUSTOMER! I was a spectator of a cashier (a woman in her fifties, dark-haired and short) insulting a foreign customer by telling him “He’s breaking my a*******, that one!” Obviously the cashier doesn't mind saying it since he didn't speak French. The customer, seeing that he was disturbing, no longer knew where to stand while the cashier added more, blowing and looking at him with a casual look. Change your job rather than treating people like this! What a shame!

05/07/2024: Expensive but is kind of normal in airports but the employee was quite rude and can’t speak english, a HUGE problem in an airport. Very unkind

04/09/2024: Incompétent staff and freshly made cold burgers!!

18/08/2024: As expected for a McDonald's, average quality. We took advantage of a 15 euro voucher to have breakfast to wait for the 2 hour delay of the plane. A communication problem between the airport and the restaurant resulted in a few minutes of refusal but the waiter agreed to call management and take it upon himself to accept our vouchers. Management told him OK but in exchange for our boarding pass. A bit complicated since we need it to leave. Chocolate hard on the outside, raw on the inside. Cookie that could have been used in the discus throw the day before for the Olympic final because it was so hard. The pancakes were good. The strawberry banana smoothie was good but it's 90% banana 10% strawberry so it's a strawberry banana and not a strawberry banana.
