16/07/2024: The welcome and smiling staff. The pizzas are really excellent.

15/06/2024: the pizzas are delicious, well garnished, served with a smile and lots of kindness. I highly recommend them!

31/07/2024: I only came for the restaurant and it's a shame that the buffet is closed during the summer. Other than that, the dishes are well designed and the service is very good.

28/07/2024: At the top of beautiful, well renovated rooms and a free shuttle service.

08/09/2024: In the meantime a lot has been done at the airport. It's a lot less chaotic than it used to be. On European flights you can get to the gate relatively quickly, thanks to several security checks for guests. This allows, for example, to get to the airport a little more quickly than elsewhere. Good to know: there isn't much to do at the gates anymore. 1 duty free shop, 1 shop with food and a small bar where you can get something to eat (on flights to Europe). I wasn't in the international terminal.

08/09/2024: Parts of this airport are really old. Staff here are generally helpful and most speak English. The security gate, however, has the most noncivil, unsavoury and patronizing personnel that you will find at any airport and they are not helpful at all. The washrooms were not very clean, and that's before the Paris 2024 olympics even started. What will they do when they are swamped with quadruple the number of passengers during the summer games?

13/09/2024: We had a great evening on Saturday September 7th during the hotel's pink event. Whether it was the welcome, the atmosphere of the dance evening (DJ and dancers), the buffet dinner, everything was there for our greatest pleasure. Thanks to the whole team

12/09/2024: Usually I never start a comment like that, but first of all I wanted to thank the staff first. Reception: Rosa, Kajani, Cristiana, Armel, Pauline Tarek. Catering: Raymonde, Dalo, Aimé, Yulia, Maria, Sielfrid. Room staff. Management: Christopheur, Malika, Céline and Mr Stéphane. I arrived for a three-week stay for the 2024 Olympics. I was greeted with a big smile, with a warm welcome at the beginning it was not easy due to the management of room allocation coming from the organization of the 2024 Olympics but the staff was always patient and always found a solution for us, regarding the location, very well located, very pleasant entrance with outdoor terrace to relax, secure indoor and outdoor parking with barrier and camera, large room with two giant screens to follow the 2024 Olympics and a bar, games room (table tennis, table football), luggage storage, elevator for all floors, for me I just had breakfast, very varied food for gourmets and for people like me where I am very complicated staff always present to do the best to satisfy us (eggs scrambled). Regarding the rooms for my part I had a double room with a very comfortable bed, TV, a large table, chair, stool, a kettle with tea and coffee, cups. Bathroom with bathtub, shampoos, hand soap, hairdryer even if I am bald and towels, regarding the double window insulation and double glazing we see the planes but hear them not very pretty in the evening with all the lights ( roundabout side, entrance side). We have the right to entertainment with a singer and a very friendly giant outdoor grill. 24/7 reception, always someone to welcome you and wish you a very peaceful night, it's not much but it's always appreciable after finishing a day's work at 3am. Thank you again, I would have spent 3 unforgettable weeks with the 2024 Olympics and thanks also to all the Campanile Roissy teams. Stay like that. Trust me, you can come with your eyes closed. A final thank you from the bottom of my heart for my big sister ROSA who cried when I left to tell you that there are still real people who go beyond their role because they have a huge heart I will never forget you , thank you, thank you, thank you Sincerely.

22/09/2024: The rooms are fabulous, very comfortable, spacious and beautiful, just seeing them is a relief 🙈. At reception they were very friendly and also asked them to come pick us up at a specific time to take us to the airport at no cost. I really liked the buffet 😋😺.

16/09/2024: We came with low expectation, being in an airport, What a surprise! Starting with the head hostess gently offering to store our luggage, followed by getting a quiet (considering the airport loud environment) at the terrasse. I picked the menu du jour, reasonably priced and started with an amazing cold vegetables meli-melo. Simply great, with high quality fresh veggies. Thinking that it could be an exception (based on the ratings), I got a second great surprise with the veal and mushrooms on rigatoni. It looked so good that my foody wife tasted them without even asking. The chef is definitely inspired and well supported by cooks in the kitchen that truly deliver. Congratulations,

08/09/2024: Très bon accueil et serve attentionné , plats parfaits et goûteux, tout est très frais. A découvrir, moment de pose au calme sans le brouhaha de l’aéroport.

17/08/2024: Never again: long, bad, service….. in short nothing is going… to avoid

01/08/2024: I have eaten there regularly in recent years without problems, but in recent months the service has deteriorated, and today I ate paper towels mixed with salad!! It disgusts me to the highest degree. I will definitely never go back there again.
