02/09/2026: They market themselves as a Vietnamese street food vendor and do a lot of takeout, but there are tables for dining in. It was our first taste of Vietnamese food, and thanks to the valuable advice of what I believe to be the owner, we sampled two truly excellent full dishes.

17/07/2026: A perfect evening with DJ STAN, a truly exceptional entertainer—pleasant, smiling, and energetic. He knows how to create a great atmosphere and make you feel comfortable during a karaoke night. A wonderful, impromptu evening that was a real success. The restaurant itself is very pleasant. I have some dietary restrictions, and the waitress was very accommodating, offering me options that suited my needs. The manager, whom we had the pleasure of meeting during the evening, was also very friendly. An ideal destination for a pleasant evening out. Don't hesitate to visit and recommend this place yourself. A truly great find—simple, pleasant, and family-friendly. A personal favorite!

A huge thank you to Cosima and her husband for their kindness, availability, thoughtfulness, and everything they did to make our day so beautiful. We felt supported, listened to, and welcomed with such genuine warmth. You can tell this venue is much more than just a reception hall: it's run by passionate people who truly care about making every event unforgettable. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Lorelei, who created the flowers for our wedding. The result was absolutely magnificent. Every arrangement, every detail, every flower was exactly what we envisioned, and even more beautiful than we had imagined. It contributed enormously to making the Bastide even more magical that day. 🌸 And what can we say about the food… absolutely incredible! Everything was delicious, refined, generous, and perfectly executed. We received countless compliments from our guests, both on the cocktail hour and the meal. 11/08/2026: We got married at La Bastide in July, and if we had one piece of advice to give to future brides and grooms: go for it without hesitation! From the very first conversations, everything was meticulously planned to ensure that the day was absolutely perfect, from beginning to end. Cosima, the hostess, manages everything with a master's touch. She is present, attentive, reassuring, and ensures that every moment unfolds flawlessly. Her team is simply extraordinary and helps make your wedding a true dream come true. A month has already passed since our wedding, and yet the emotion is still just as strong when we think back on that day. Nothing is left to chance, not even the smallest detail. The decorations for the cocktail hour, the meal, and the ceremony, as well as the flowers, created by Loreilei, literally left us speechless. Everything was magnificent, refined, and perfectly in line with what we had envisioned. And what can we say about the cocktail hour and the meal… worthy of a gourmet restaurant! A true delight from beginning to end. The team of servers and the head waiter were incredibly attentive throughout the evening, with remarkable professionalism and care. Not a single flaw. All our guests showered us with praise for the day's smooth running, perfectly orchestrated by Cosima, as well as for the venue and all the services offered at La Bastide. Once again, a huge thank you to Cosima and her entire team, who work with passion and dedication to allow the bride and groom to fully enjoy their day, without having to worry about a thing, down to the smallest detail. 02/09/2026: Dinner in August during our vacation in Fréjus. Excellent dishes accompanied by excellent rosé wine, a must-have in the area. Fast service and average prices; the only thing that's expensive is the bottle of water, but that's normal abroad. A quaint place.

27/07/2026: Terrible service. We ordered one Big King meal and one tortilla meal. Usually, the service is quick when the restaurant is full. The restaurant was empty. It was 11:00 AM and we waited over 20 minutes for our order. Orders 544 and 557 were placed on July 27, 2026. In the meantime, a waitress came by, looked at our totes, gave us the trays, and took them back a minute later. Why? We decided to go down to the counter because we hadn't received our orders for almost 30 minutes, and in the meantime, more people had started arriving. It was around 12:06 PM when someone at the counter told us, "We were looking for you." I got angry because it wasn't our fault. They initially blamed us. Then another very nice woman at the counter (a blonde) took our orders back when we explained the situation. It was very quick, and we thanked her. We were waiting for our orders and saw the same waitress from the beginning. She practically handed us our trays when she passed us on the stairs, as if she couldn't climb five more steps to bring them to our table? She spent the whole time sighing and complaining. I never usually write negative reviews, but I've never seen anything like it. The service is unacceptable. The worst part is that we weren't the only ones; the tables next to us were having the same problem. When we were at the counter, there were tons of orders that needed to be redone because they'd been sitting there too long. I can understand the difficulty of being the only one serving; mistakes happen, but it's the attitude that leaves much to be desired. The order that arrived at our table (the new one) was cold, and the fries were dry. It's disappointing to pay for service like that. It doesn't even make me want to come back to your restaurant.

26/07/2026: I came to eat after work this Sunday, July 26th. I arrived at the drive-thru at exactly 5:45 a.m. Two vehicles were ahead of me. The car just in front of us was able to place its order. I clearly heard the drive-thru employee announce that they were still taking orders until 6:00 a.m. When it was our turn, around 5:50 a.m., the employee abruptly refused to take our order, declaring in a very unpleasant tone, "That's it, we're stopping, we're closing." Yet, the restaurant was still listed as open, and just moments before, she had accepted the order from the car in front of us. I calmly asked her several times to please take my order. I even offered to serve me any menu item or whatever was left so I wouldn't leave empty-handed after my workday. She categorically refused. I simply pointed out that it was only 5:50 a.m. and that I had heard her tell the previous customer that orders were accepted until 6:00 a.m. I also explained that my wife works at McDonald's and that I am familiar with how a drive-thru operates. Her response was: "Go eat at McDonald's." I find this attitude outrageous and deeply disrespectful. The problem is not just the refusal to serve a customer, but above all, the complete lack of professionalism, respect, and consideration. This kind of behavior seriously damages the establishment's image. I sincerely hope that management will review the security cameras, listen to the drive-thru recordings if necessary, and take appropriate measures to ensure that no other customer is treated this way. I am truly disappointed…
