LA GRIMAUDOISE sur Grimaud

Today, September 15th, 2 people, warm welcome, very friendly service. The food had wonderful Mediterranean aromas, the scent of local spices and fresh fish. The portions were generous with well-prepared side dishes. Delicious food and beautifully presented. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The setting is very picturesque and shaded, right by the canals of Port Grimaud. And the prices? Dishes between €18 and €30, very reasonable.

We had a great meal, it was fantastic. The young waitress was very energetic and pleasant.

Very good restaurant with a good menu. Pleasant waitress. There was a bit of a wait, but there were many of us. I recommend it.

There are always people who complain, and then I wonder why they order a second bottle of wine before the main course even arrives, and then are relieved when it doesn't because they didn't like the food and just want to leave 🤣 We were just there, and there was nothing to complain about. If you treat people kindly, you'll be treated kindly and courteously in return. I don't think I need to say more... except that it's a significant advantage to communicate in the local language. Incidentally, you'll also immediately understand when you're called an arrogant German tourist, or worse, as we overheard the tourists at the next table saying after they ordered. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

It's always a pleasure to meet up every day and every year at La Grimaudoise to share a meal, a drink, and a good time. The staff is friendly, the food delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable. A must-try, and if you've already been, a place you'll want to rediscover again and again!

We dined at this restaurant on a Monday evening. While the setting was very pleasant and the staff welcoming, the food itself was rather disappointing. Our dishes arrived barely lukewarm. Furthermore, the bottle of still water we ordered was just a simple plastic bottle of supermarket Cristalline, which is clearly unacceptable for a restaurant. What a shame!

The food was good, the staff were friendly, but at times we had to wait a long time.

The service from two young people was very average. The fried veal was coarsely presented, and the fries were very large. The chicken supreme was served on top of mashed potatoes. The presentation of the dishes was really lacking, which is a shame. :( The setting is pleasant, but the interior of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. The prices are too high for the quality.
