17/05/2026: Solid foundations (friendly staff, very good and thin pizza crust, excellent tomato sauce) and missteps (bland cream base, sometimes strange ingredient choices, coffee to avoid...). It's so close to being something great, which is a shame.

24/01/2026: We ordered a pizza and were really disappointed. The ingredients were poor quality (especially the tomato sauce). It's a shame because this pizzeria used to be a local institution.

31/05/2026: Zero stars, the quality has gone downhill, the food was bland and tasteless. I had terrible indigestion! The staff was very unpleasant. I'd be better off going to a gourmet restaurant. In short, Flunch is finished for me; that was the last time.

23/05/2026: We just moved to the area. We were familiar with Le Léopard in Torcy (77). A magnificent restaurant in every way. Last night we decided to eat at Le Léopard in Avignon, thinking it would be the same as the one in Torcy. What a huge mistake! I woke up this morning feeling extremely unwell, with a stomach ache and an incredible headache. I keep going to the bathroom. I suspected something was wrong with the sashimi. I've been to over 300 Asian restaurants in my life, all over the world. This is the first time I've ever encountered such a food safety disaster! The presentation was disappointing. But I still tasted it. One of the biggest regrets of my life. And don't even get me started on the rest of the dishes. Absolutely horrific. Spring rolls that had been cooked and recooked. Maybe they were left over from the day before. And definitely reheated in the microwave. Because they weren't crispy at all. Dry and bland. The tables and floor were filthy. My God, a hygiene disaster. I'm thinking of going to the emergency room. Because eating raw fish like I did could be fatal. And my headaches are no joke. And then, when my husband finally decided to pay the bill, and we were leaving, a man at the reception desk (probably the manager) attacked us, demanding the receipt. As if we were criminals. We told him the receipt was still on our table. He told us to "stay put." And went to check. How shameful! My husband was this close to punching him. But we're respectable people. So he'll soon understand that I work for the Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations (DDPP). The purpose of my department is to ensure the health of consumers. I work closely with the Departmental Directorate of Veterinary Services and the Directorate for Fraud Prevention; we act to enforce quality and hygiene standards in the restaurant industry. The Avignon Leopard will learn that you don't play around with health. For the information of anyone passing by: It is possible to contact these services either online or by telephone. I can't stress this enough: STAY AWAY!!!!

20/05/2026: I often eat there, and this is the first time I've found insect paste in my food. It was disgusting. I know it's insect paste because there were some kind of spikes on its leg.

01/11/2025: Extremely slow service, 1 hour 30 minutes for a pizza and two scoops of ice cream. More than 20 minutes wait between the clearing of the main course and receiving the dessert menu.

25/07/2025: Arriving at the end of service, we received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed delicious pizzas and salads at a leisurely pace. The service was pleasant and friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the food was high quality. Kudos to the young man who looked after our table! We'll be back! 😃

09/06/2026: There's a shocking lack of hygiene in the restrooms (midges, soggy toilet paper on the floor, a hole in the ceiling, etc.), and the service leaves much to be desired. We waited 15 minutes for a drink that we had to go and ask for, and despite having the receipt and specifying what we wanted (a large Sprite), the woman who served us refused to offer anything other than a medium sugar-free Coke. Very disappointed.

09/06/2026: I ordered two identical ice creams, and when they arrived at the table, one was clearly less full. I politely asked the staff to add more, but they told me that was the standard serving size and that if I wanted more, it would be an extra charge. (But if we're going by this standard serving size principle, why was the other one so much fuller?) We all know that ice cream machines are manual, so it was simply the person who measured the ingredients incorrectly, and instead of rectifying the situation, they chose to continue acting in bad faith.
