13/05/2024: A big disappointment. Now all the sandwiches are the size of a hamburger. The fries are always cold or charred and the portions are half full. The sauces are chargeable but absent when the order is received. Repetitive errors on the requested products. Endless wait at the drive-thru. Each time I'm disappointed, I call the establishment to report the problem. They always have arguments to die for. At the price of the meal, it's clearly THEFT. I still remember the opening of this McDonald's, it's sad to see what it's become I do not recommend it. The Mc Donald Carpentras NORD would perhaps be more qualitative.

07/05/2024: Today we placed a click ans collect order. We waited over 40 minutes. When I got home, I was missing 2 Sundaes, a drink and instead of potatoes I had fries and what's more my order was cold. If you are not capable and competent to run a click ans collect service then don’t do it! I will never eat at this McDonald's again! If you are in a hurry or have Cros I strongly advise against it!

29/03/2024: Very pleasant 5 night stay. Hotel well located, quiet, with secure parking. Well equipped room. As for the restaurant, the menu invites you to travel... and thank you to Coralie for her smile and her professionalism. Congratulations to the whole team

03/04/2024: I understand the waiting time better when I see the waitress flirting with my darling in front of me.. On 5 occasions, she came to interrupt us while we were eating, worse than a leech. Watch your waitresses at the risk that she accidentally gets a tray in her face 😁.

15/03/2024: A very good restaurant where the freshness of the products and their flavor reign. The Asian cuisine is delicious and refined. The service is perfect. An example to follow in the sometimes unequal world of catering.

15/05/2024: I came the other day to get a lunch menu consisting of a sandwich, a dessert and a bottle of water. after asking for advice regarding the bottles of water that are included in this formula, they explain to me that I must take a natural Volvic so as not to add additional costs. The time comes to pay but the total is set at 9€30 instead of 7€50 but by the time the person serving me realized this I had already put down my phone to pay. the waitress then explains to me that I cannot be reimbursed for the difference now that the payment has been made and her manager explains to me that it is the Volvic which is no longer on the menu even though I took it because the waitress recommended it to me! No commercial gesture and concern from them regarding a problem that is their fault. I often came to consume at their place but I have never seen this in a store.
