05/05/2026: We were really looking forward to Lebanese food. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. We've never experienced such an unfriendly welcome! The server was in an extremely bad mood and threw the menus at the table. So we got up and left.

The menu offers a wide selection, and the decor is truly original and immersive—it felt like we were in an American movie. A big thank you to Andrea and Jeremy for their excellent welcome and attentive service, which made our evening even more enjoyable. We will gladly return ✨

01/06/2026: We came yesterday at lunchtime with my family to celebrate Mother's Day. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, the waitress managed to find us a table. :) Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow... we waited 40 minutes for our food... and at least 10 minutes just to get the menus to choose our dishes. I can understand that it was extremely busy. We were seated upstairs, and the young gentleman with the tattoos was quite pleasant at the beginning of the service, although he started complaining towards the end, which I find disrespectful to the customers. I know what it's like to work in the restaurant industry, so I can't really blame him because I could see he was doing his best. The food was very good. I often go to the Via Roma location with my boyfriend, and this is the first time the wait has been so long, but I'm always very satisfied with the food!

13/05/2026: I try to give good reviews as much as I can. I was extremely disappointed with French McDonald's today. The food is not as good as it was, the cups make everything taste like cardboard. Felt somewhat disorganized. Unpleasant surprise. French McDonald's is becoming as bad as US McDonald's.

16/04/2026: The hostess was friendly. However, we were in the Jungle section with some individuals who were clearly disrespectful and making a lot of noise, which really spoiled our experience. It was very unpleasant for my child and me, especially since we had simply come to enjoy a peaceful meal. The establishment needs to ensure order and the comfort of its customers. Fortunately, the service was impeccable.

10/03/2026: A truly beautiful hotel, fully deserving of its 5 stars. The spa was very clean, open late, and beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely, discreet yet very responsive… we will gladly return.

16/12/2024: Even ZERO A big problem to help a person who has been hurt and was asking for help. It was her boyfriend who asked at least ice cubes for his ankle following a water problem at the entrance in addition or call the firefighters I was just a witness to the scene But that's not really professional... Beneath everything I noticed
