14/02/2026: We spent three hours enjoying 15 different dishes, all very tasty and original. The service was smooth and pleasant, and the sommelier offered excellent advice.
I recommend opting for the cheese platter.
08/02/2026: A day dedicated to truffles. After a morning demonstration in a truffle orchard, we savored a host of delicious truffle-based dishes. A real treat! Congratulations to the kitchen team. Furthermore, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely be back.

14/06/2025: We went tonight; it's been a while since we've been back. Honestly... amazing!
We left with full stomachs—nothing like McDonald's, where, for the same price, we would have already been hungry an hour later.
And what's more, the owner is super nice; it really makes a difference.
We'll definitely be back!

Without a doubt, the best sushi and other Japanese dishes in Pertuis.
Be careful not to order too late, as they only use fresh ingredients.
Plus, they are very pleasant and friendly.
Everything is perfect.

24/01/2026: One of the only great restaurants open on Sundays, and honestly, with an amazing, super friendly team. Very welcoming, an extraordinary owner who's always smiling, an exceptional menu with something that always delights... I absolutely loved the tarte tatin with Calvados and cinnamon, and they recently brought back the burger – I couldn't resist! So good, I highly recommend it! Go without hesitation and with your mouth wide open. Treat your taste buds and your mind.

05/02/2026: Top-notch restaurant. The welcome and service were very pleasant. The meal was divine; we ordered burgers, including one vegetarian option, and they were excellent. The dauphine potatoes were to die for. We will gladly return on our next visit to Pertuis.
22/01/2026: I came today with some friends and found the food to be good and plentiful.
However, the service was deplorable. We had to deal with an unpleasant waitress who sighed at every request (we only asked for salt and a Diet Coke, so we weren't being particularly demanding).
The only time she was even slightly friendly was when we took the bill. We didn't leave a tip, which she perhaps expected? But it was completely undeserved.
We won't be returning to the restaurant; we'll just order takeout to avoid dealing with her again! It's a real shame, because this little restaurant is charming.

01/01/2026: Honestly, Allo Sushi is amazing. Just by looking at the order, you know you're in for something generous, fresh, and expertly prepared. The maki rolls are generously filled, the rice is perfectly cooked, and the fish looks incredibly fresh and is expertly cut. Special mention goes to the crispy rolls: incredibly appetizing, packed full, and not dry at all 🤤
The gyozas are golden brown to perfection, neither too greasy nor overcooked, and just make you want to eat them immediately. The side dishes are there, the sauces too—everything is designed to ensure a delicious experience from start to finish.
You can tell this isn't a rushed order: quantity, quality, and presentation are all top-notch. A true visual delight even before the first bite.
In short, if the taste lives up to the photo (and I have no doubt it does), Allo Sushi definitely deserves its 5 stars. I would recommend it without hesitation 👌🍱
