First of all the very unpleasant service as far as I am concerned the waitress forgot my burger, so I went to see her to tell her, the latter refused at first to give it to me saying she already had it for me give.
Then, the quality of the kitchen which leaves one deplored but I will cost you for yourself. In addition the state of the dishes is totally ZERO stains on my stove the dishwasher no longer works.
Despite this, some servers are very nice because of it

It's a place that transports me to the wild west, where you can have a tattooed waitress and listen to country music (country music for non-English speakers). If you're nice, sometimes the boss can play you a little banjo tune (ask him "Wayfaring strangers", he plays it with crazy flat-picking). Sometimes they organize outdoor rodeos on wooden horses, a distraction that appeals to young and old (at least cheaper than the pirate ship at the funfair). Clearly, for thirty euros, you eat well. For a discount, don't forget the password at the entrance: "Buffalo, I've got you covered!!".

A great discovery and friendly and very professional service.
Just a small remark: perhaps a little too much salt in the dishes but out of a table of three I was the only one who had this thought and in any case I ate everything and will come back with pleasure 😉

We order cheese again and the boss responds “you saw the time you arrived” as if he didn’t want to work!
