Calling to reserve at the restaurant in 10 days for two people, reservation made, I inform that we will come with a Wonderbox. Oh boy, in the end there are actually no more places that evening, the man on the phone informs me that he was wrong and that a group has reserved half of the restaurant. But of course, a very curious coincidence...
Have a minimum of respect for people by not taking them for quiches and tell the truth, namely that you do not accept customers coming with boxes on a Saturday evening, it would go much better. You have lost potential customers but obviously you think you don't need them.
06/05/2024: We have a cosy stay over the weekend at this place. Firstly, when we arrived, the staffs welcome us in warm and generous atmosphere. As for the vibes, the chalet itself is charming and luxurious. The highlight is the foods, which are amazing, traditional, and prepared in gastronomy way.
Overall it was a lovely stay that we want to come back again for our next stay in winter.

26/04/2024: Very warm welcome, very clean room, just maybe the TV was poorly placed, my husband got hit 🤣🤣, very generous breakfast, really whether it is hotel or restaurant the staff is very pleasant. We will come back with pleasure. Thank you

09/01/2024: Very nice hotel. Perfect for a short stay in Gérardmer as it’s opposite the lake and a short walk to the town centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants
The room was very comfortable and clean and on the top floor so very spacious and nicely decorated
I would definitely recommend it and we’ll be back! Thanks a lot :)

Easter weekend, the gunshot was big.....lots of people in the room....
was not able to try the gourmet coffee which seemed full of promise...

28/04/2024: A very nice experience. Very good pizzas and Flamm’. I was not disappointed with the 2 pizzas and the Flamm that I had.
I highly recommend this pizzeria. The 3 people who work there are wonderful.
