10/07/2026: A sublime evening! We applaud the refined and precise presentation of the dishes, the impeccable service, with a special mention for the sommelier, who is truly passionate about her work. We also loved the open kitchen, which allowed us to share in the backstage atmosphere. Bravo! The best restaurant in Sens.

08/03/2026: We came here for two birthdays with a group of 16 people. Great restaurant, delicious French cuisine, excellent value for money, very affordable and very good wines, and finally, lovely service and perfect event planning. We'll be back!

21/03/2026: During a hike and visit to Sens, we had lunch at Guy's. The food was excellent (the blanquette was delicious!), the rosé from Burgundy was lovely, and above all, the service was top-notch, all for a group of 25 people. A truly great place, well done!

02/08/2026: They make everything with a kind of buckwheat pancake that is very tasty. The crêpes for dessert are also superb, the service is friendly, and the terrace stays reasonably cool.

I greatly appreciated the impeccable service. It embodies the hallmarks of fine dining (attention to detail, excellent timing) but without the usual frills. It's refined, genuine, and very welcoming.
The same exacting standards are evident on the plate: elegant presentations that conceal a beautiful complexity. The perfect balance of flavors and the precise seasoning are every bit as good as Michelin-starred restaurants. A very beautiful, bright dining room with plenty of space...

04/11/2025: Absolutely delicious! I wasn't familiar with the area and stumbled upon this restaurant on TripAdvisor—a real gem. We had a vegetarian burger (even though I eat everything) and it was fantastic.
Thank you to the chefs, the warm welcome, and the excellent service.
Highly recommended! (Be warned, it gets very busy!)
