18/01/2026: A very good experience; the dishes were delicious and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly attentive, which was much appreciated. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is definitely there. We highly recommend it and will gladly return.

25/09/2024: I had lunch with a popeye pancake and a small salad which were good. The welcome was professional. The decoration is nice. The restaurant was almost full and the atmosphere was a little noisy, that's the only downside I would mention. I paid 12€10. Excellent value for money. It is best to reserve.

01/12/2025: "Come for the burgers, come back for afternoon tea."
Definitely not. Neither for one nor the other, for that matter. One late afternoon, desperately needing to warm up (the temperature was below freezing), I decided to pop into this McDonald's and warm up with a hot chocolate served at the counter. A little moment of relaxation I really needed. There were hardly any customers. Absolutely no one at the drive-thru. Three customers inside had already been served. I ordered a hot chocolate at the kiosk (with a sugar packet because I didn't know if it was sweetened to begin with) and two small new chocolate treats (whose names I've forgotten). I grabbed my tray and sat down at a table, in a prominent spot. I waited almost 15 minutes. The employees weren't doing anything; there were no orders being processed except mine. Finally... The tray arrived... With a hot chocolate. That's it. No sooner had I sat down than the waitress was about to leave. I pointed out that the other part of my order was missing. Not that she'd made a mistake, mind you... but that something was "missing." She left with the tray, and therefore my chocolate, while I looked bewildered. I could have easily drunk it while I waited... She returned at least five minutes later with the same tray. My missing item... and a donut as a bonus. I blinked. I told her I hadn't ordered the donut. She looked at me, uncomprehending, and tried to check the details of my order on my receipt, which only contained my order number and payment information. Then she realized. She'd confused the donut... with the sugar packet. Yeah. She took the donut back and left. Need I mention that I never even saw that packet? Oh, and after all that, the chocolate was cold. Oh well, I was certainly warmed up. €7.50 for the experience. At least that taught me never to set foot there again...

29/08/2024: Disappointing experience!
We came a little over a year ago and had a great time in this restaurant.
However, our last experience was not at all up to par.
At 8 p.m., while the restaurant is empty, an entry is already missing from the menu (tuna tartare with Thai sauce)
Forced to fall back on another entrance.
In addition, the double beef carpaccio is served on a large plate but the quantity is not there.
I was expecting to have a second plate (double carpaccio) given the quantity that was served on the plate, but it was not.
In addition, we looked for olive oil on this carpaccio but in vain and it was not the 6 or 7 mini pieces of parmesan which fought a duel which enhanced the dish, and the candied potatoes served with it were more than any.
A starter (mini roast camembert) plus 2 double carpaccios, a glass of wine and ½ sparkling water and here you are with a bill of €61.
The value for money is clearly no longer there in this restaurant and I no longer recommend it.
Really a shame because we had a great time the previous time.

30/08/2024: Welcomed by an unfriendly woman, without a smile, unlike the next day where a man was attentive and attentive. The room had peeling paint, as did the bathroom which was dated, which does not at all meet the standards of a 4 star but of a 3 star. There were stains on the carpet, and no "Do Not Disturb" sign was available in the room to hang on the door.
Breakfast was very disappointing: I came down at 9 a.m. there were missing cutlery, cups, bread, and glasses for fruit juice. A young waitress was there but seemed as lost as me. The coffee machines weren't working, I had to go to the bar. The pastries were overcooked and tasteless also for the cut fruit. In short! I advise you to have breakfast outside the bakery next door and bars are nearby.
It's a shame, because the building is beautiful from the outside and the location is ideal.
28/08/2024: I had a pleasant time with my partner. The hotel is calm and cool even during heatwaves.
The staff is pleasant.
I thank all the staff at this hotel who were attentive and very friendly.
The setting is very pretty, near the town hall and next to the castle park.

The food was very good, the staff very pleasant. I recommend for lovers of tapas (for all tastes) and/or Burgers.

08/08/2024: We came to celebrate our daughter's baccalaureate, a very nice surprise; a cozy terrace, impeccable and pleasant service, and very good quality food, I had never been before, I will come back with pleasure.
Absolutely good value for money.

21/09/2024: Big disappointment. We waited a considerable amount of time before someone came to take our order! Other people who arrived after us were served before us! As a result, there were no more fish and chips, no more pie, no more tortellini. My daughter was only able to have hard-boiled eggs and I ended up getting a little quiche from Paul's. Additionally, my son asked for a burger with rare ground steak and ended up with overcooked steak. The fries were also way overcooked and too thin.
Fortunately, the servers were friendly.

28/08/2024: Ce soir-là, nous y avons fêté notre anniversaire de mariage et quelle bonne idée !
Que c'est bon. Une attention particulière dans l'assiette, un travail soigné, bien mené, bien copieux... Que dire de la mouclade, de la cuisson des couteaux au cordeau, et du reste ? C'est très bon.
Une très belle carte des vins avec de très bons vins à tous les prix... Et même, des prix raisonnables pour la qualité des vins. Y a de belles trouvailles, tel que "seul en scène".
Pourquoi 4/5 me dire vous ? Et bien , j'ai trouvé la facture un peu élevée. Certes les produits sont haut de gamme, ils sont parfaitement travaillés , mais un effort sur l'addition et ce sera nickel 👍
24/08/2024: A charming setting, delicious cuisine even in the absence of the chef... The substitute chef and the waitress provided impeccable service for 15 people. Allow around €60 per person for a starter-main course or main course-dessert menu

26/08/2024: Mon frère m’en avait parlé, nous sommes venus constater par nous-mêmes ! La déco est sympa, le service vraiment convivial, plein d’humour ! Les plats, vraiment délicieux, copieux, la viande cuite à point, la sauce excellente, les frites excellentes, les profiteroles délicieuses, le café allongé généreux… le vin délicieux !
Que dire de plus… nous reviendrons !!! Bravo et merci !

15/09/2024: Unpleasant boss bordering on aggressive, a very dry hello bordering on wanting to get us out of the establishment as quickly as possible...6 minutes of waiting for a simple extension knowing that there is no one present in the restaurant apart from us and only one customer.
06/08/2024: If you’ve been in France a while and you’re missing traditional French cooking this is the place for you. Right by the station in this lovely and charming town, it has the best food around.
We had the herring salad, the gizzard salad and couscous. Twice. The couscous is something else. Just delicious.
The people who run the place are very hospitable and friendly too. An extraordinary find. Thank you.
