26/05/2026: I was away from home for a week of training and stayed in this very pleasant and quiet hotel. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was very complete, and the restaurant dishes were very good. I highly recommend it.

25/07/2026: I had a fantastic time with Sabine and Ines! The place is very cozy, friendly, relaxed, and pleasant, and the staff is lovely.
I like to come for lunch, but I have to admit, I prefer to come during the day to work, in a cozy café setting, perfect for teleworking.
I highly recommend it!

10/09/2026: A very warm welcome, we had lunch on the terrace at the back of a charming little courtyard. My goat cheese tartine was high quality, tasty, and generous. My friend's carpaccio was strong to her liking, accompanied by divinely flavored fresh vegetables. We had a very good time and I highly recommend it.

No bread or lemon for the carpaccio, no mayonnaise for the fries, and a hamburger made up of 75% lamb's lettuce.
Very, very disappointed!

The Virgin Mojito wasn't very minty.
The seared tuna,
the pulled beef burger,
the hanger steak, and
the steak tartare,
all these dishes were good.
Price for 4: 122.00 / 30 euros per person
The gourmet coffee was good.

13/10/2026: The galette was made in three minutes, but I'm not sure it was entirely made on site as it was a bit flat, and don't expect to find scallops in the galette du roi; you'll only find queen scallops.
02/10/2026: The galette and the crêpe were very good, and the service was very friendly. We will definitely go there again.

A gizzard salad with a few pieces of lettuce and some pale white tomatoes. It was really nothing special!
For the main course, a very dry chicken supreme, poorly cooked, and potatoes that were barely cooked.
It was really quite poor.
I'm always surprised by the quality of food in some restaurants, as an amateur cook.
10/10/2026: Excellent service and cuisine for tourists who came to Rambouillet to visit the castle...Well done to the whole team for managing the large number of customers so well!

I won't be eating there again.
