We were finally able to dine at your restaurant because it is often sold out months in advance. Thank you for your kind welcome, the food is excellent and the decor is magnificent. We will come back with pleasure.

Small friendly and cocooning space The person serving is very pleasant and discreet. We had a raclette and the cheese was quality as well as the cold meats. I finished with local ice creams and I recommend them because they are not very sweet and you have all the flavors of the fruit. Address where we will return

I recommend this restaurant, aberrant quantities, fascinating quality, a thrilling atmosphere, a more than funny waiter. In the heart of Cauterets come and meet Stéphane, a great waiter who doesn't take restaurant tickets (too bad). Potatoes galore and a more than perfect raclette, we had a blast! Thank you for these crazy moments looking forward to seeing you again See you soon Signed Hugo (the guy who only eats potatoes haha), Luc, Louna and Léa

One of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at. They are artisans, and when a restaurant makes the effort to use fresh and local products, it must be highlighted and encouraged. You can just feel it on the plate, right through to dessert with homemade ice cream. Great service too! Remember to book though!

Great restaurant in Cauterets. Very nice home. We had a Mont d’Or which was delicious and its charcuterie very well presented. We recommend with your eyes closed. Remember to book in advance!

29/03/2024: Ugh, Very expensive for the quality of the cuisine. The duck lacks taste, cooking was not respected. On the other hand, the fries are very good.

01/04/2024: An exceptional place in an exceptional setting. The welcome is warm, the service is attentive with little touches that make the difference. The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with original proposals and careful presentation. Congratulations to the team behind the scenes, who we can guess are passionate. It is now an obligatory stop on each of our visits to Cauterets. If you have to choose just one, this is the shelter you should head to.
