We have stayed here for last 3 years and would highly recommend it for location, quality service and rooms. Exceptional hotel.

I received a Christmas gift: a pass to the "Souffle des Glaciers - Draining Massage" spa. Yesterday, I went (to pick up my gift) and the experience was magnificent. The spa is truly extraordinary for deep regeneration; the hot and cold treatments (the ice bucket in particular is fantastic for rejuvenation...) and all the spa jets are top-notch, in a spacious pool and a beautifully designed, warm, and very pleasant setting. The massage itself was excellent, highly professional, powerful yet extremely relaxing, and I felt completely at ease. 🙏 Thank you for the gift ;-) , congratulations and thank you to the Grandes Rousses spa

My experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The service is impeccable and very understanding, even if some of us (the guests) can be a bit much ;). They are attentive to your preferences in the restaurant, the hotel is close to the slopes, has a ski rental service in the basement, and the staff offers maps of the resort. The spa in the basement, in addition to the hotel's pool and sauna, is really nice to use after a good day of skiing. This hotel is a 5-star, so perhaps the bar and restaurant won't be considered affordable for everyone. I had a very good stay, thank you again to the hotel staff. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I think everything can be improved in life, even when you're already very good. Best of luck.

We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel is very well laid out and tastefully decorated. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. We were upgraded. All the staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and responsive. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The spa was splendid. A truly relaxing and pampering experience with a team that took excellent care of us. Thank you all. We highly recommend this establishment where everything was done to make us feel pampered throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay, top marks for location and service with an extra plus for a good concierge. Food and wine were excellent and you can ask for that little extra and it will be arranged smoothly.

I wanted to give a 5-star rating to the staff at the Hotel Grandes Rousses, from the reception to the bar, breakfast service, and spa. I opted for the breakfast and spa package and highly recommend the experience. The spa is of very high quality; I loved the sensory shower that alternates between hot and cold. I also had an additional treatment, and the relaxation room with tea and small treats afterward was a real bonus and very welcome afterward. I finished with a signature cocktail made with non-alcoholic gin—a delight! A big thank you and congratulations to the staff for the care, attention, and service provided. Don't hesitate, go for it!
