A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. You'll leave with a happy stomach, a full heart, and only one desire… to return! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back with immense pleasure. ❤️

We absolutely loved the A Vecchia Mina inn! We had an exceptional time in a magnificent setting, in the shade, with a superb view of the mountains, the river, and the natural pools below. The welcome was truly warm, with a super friendly, welcoming, and attentive owner, as was the rest of the staff. We felt right at home! As for the food, everything was excellent: veal chop, pork chop, tiramisu, and floating island dessert… Generous portions of high-quality local cuisine. And a wonderful surprise was the myrtle liqueur at the end of the meal: I'm not usually a fan, but this one completely changed my mind. A real treat! In short, a truly wonderful place, a magical setting, and a fantastic team. A must-try!

A must-visit! Magnificent inn. The dishes are excellent and very generous, and the owner and servers are super friendly! The charcuterie is amazing! And don't hesitate to go on Fridays, spit-roasting day.

A superb spot along a magnificent river, where the natural pools provide an incredible, movie-like setting! The staff are friendly, and the owner is very welcoming and businesslike. And we ate the best gnocchi with Tomme cheese in Corsica (maybe even the world, since Italians keep coming back for them 🤪👍).

Passing through the area, we wanted to avoid the tourist traps on the beach, and we were delighted. Traditional, homemade cuisine, Corsica as we love it, the setting is magnificent, nothing to complain about, it was perfect, thank you.

On our way to Ghisoni, we stopped at this lovely inn where we were delighted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, so appreciated these days. We enjoyed a meal in the shade and the delicious local dishes… the path leading to the swimming spot right next to the inn made for a wonderful afternoon! Well done! We highly recommend this beautiful place 👌
