Everything is perfect, welcome, cuisine and setting The charcuterie made by the boss is a delight Everything is homemade, everything is good and the setting is incredibly beautiful and relaxing. I recommend without hesitation

very good food, the decor is very beautiful with the framework, the forest and the river nearby. the staff is very friendly. a small store is managed by the owner who allows you to buy quality meat.

Très bons plats, très bonnes salades, très bons desserts, accueil parfait et cadre très beau. Timing de service impeccable. Nous étions 4 et recommandons vivement!

Dîner le soir à la fraîche la haut sur cette magnifique route de Ghisoni. Manger le cochon à la broche et une charcuterie authentiquement Corse. Accueil très agréable. Très belle soirée.

19/09/2024: Excellent cuisine, I recommend the fish soup. Everything is very plentiful. I couldn't even have dessert. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant owner answered all our questions regarding animal breeding. Thank you for serving us so well.

22/09/2024: It seems very unreal. to find such a gem in a half-abandoned mountain village: traditional French dishes are prepared here by hand using fresh products - all very simple, you could say. But everything is perfect: the doneness of the ice cream, the aroma of the salad dressing, the fresh bread, the crispy beignets... and all of this with friendly service and very fair prices. A real culinary highlight, the detour is worth it.
