The manager and all the staff at this place are so welcoming. The menu is rich in local products (local products for sale), the food is comforting and quality. Every time we pass by Ghisoni we eat here, and I recommend it to everyone. The value for money is there. A good time to spend in an idyllic setting.

The food was incredibly delicious. There were five of us here, but the table of six arrived 30 minutes after we ordered, and their food arrived first. Otherwise, it was great.

On the riverbank, right next to the treetop adventure park, don't hesitate to have lunch or enjoy a dessert. The dishes and desserts are of very good quality, homemade, respecting Corsican tradition. Direct from producer to consumer, the charcuterie and cheese fritters are unmissable. Stéphane and his team will welcome you with a smile. A must-see!!! Go there with your eyes closed!!! 😁😁😁😁😁

Restaurant next to the adventure park. Wide selection of dishes featuring local produce and delicious sandwiches and burgers (made in-house). Excellent desserts. Very friendly service. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT!!! We had a wonderful time at the inn. The quality of the products and the dishes is EXTRA! The waitress we had was as exceptional as the setting. It was also nice to be able to buy local charcuterie made by the owner. We were able to continue with the treetop adventure course and then access to the river. We've saved this address for our next visit to the area. Good luck to you!

22/09/2024: It seems very unreal. to find such a gem in a half-abandoned mountain village: traditional French dishes are prepared here by hand using fresh products - all very simple, you could say. But everything is perfect: the doneness of the ice cream, the aroma of the salad dressing, the fresh bread, the crispy beignets... and all of this with friendly service and very fair prices. A real culinary highlight, the detour is worth it.
