Congratulations on the reopening! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The setting is magnificent, the service top-notch. Excellent main course and dessert. Refined cuisine bursting with flavor. Highly recommended.

23/08/2026: Despite arriving late (10:15 pm), I received a pleasant welcome, and the waiter was attentive and very friendly. The service was quick, efficient, and the food was exactly as expected. Excellent value for money; I recommend it.
21/08/2026: I've had lunch at this restaurant in other cities, so I went in confidently without checking the overall rating for this bistro in Tarbes. I was very disappointed with the entire experience: There were pigeons on the tables, and nothing was done to prevent them from flying around; the steak I ordered medium-rare was overcooked; the fries were very dry and probably reheated; the salad was wilted; and the crème brûlée had large sugar crystals. I won't be back.
