Very good cuisine, prestigious restaurant The taste and quality of the service is there, however 1 star less because the chocolate dessert was not matched and too sweet for my taste

Very good overall experience. The setting is discreet and the atmosphere pleasant. We were supposed to go to the restaurant next door but it was closed on this Saturday lunchtime. What a lovely surprise to see that we were very well served and advised, the dishes all arrived in good timing. The attention to detail confirms the reputation of this establishment (the heated plates to keep the main course at temperature!). The waitress was very nice and I thank her for being able to be my accomplice. In short, this experience was very successful and I will surely come back if I pass through Tarbes.

Refined cuisine with quality, seasonal and local products. The chef surprises us with the originality of these dishes. One of the best restaurants in Tarbes to date. Good value for money with starters from 15 to 20 euros and dishes between 30 and 40 euros. Great time

02/04/2024: Popped in on a chance while walking by and was greeted wonderfully. Friendly conversation and excellent food options. Really enjoyed our burgers and the bustle in the place.
