While passing through Tarbes, I stopped at the Bistrot Régent and the experience was just perfect both in terms of the friendly and smiling service and in terms of the quality of the piece of beef and the unlimited fries which were delicious 😋 It's worth a deviation!

No servers outside for more than 5 minutes to check that everything is okay A lovely waiter apologized and told us this: The chef is off Tuesday and Wednesday So don't come Tuesday/Wednesday if you like dishes prepared by professionals

Excellent time spent at lunch this afternoon. Entrecôte shared between two, the cooking was perfect. The sauce and fries very good. Excellent value. Pleasant and efficient service. I will go back there.
