Refined cuisine, pleasant service; the only downside was the tables being a bit too close together and the lack of lighting.

Lively and noisy brasserie atmosphere. Short wine list. Excellent Gramenon cuvée La Mémé 2016. The bread is also excellent. A good dish of crab with green beans. Beef rib for two, clearly the most popular dish: generous and decent, though firm. Plum pavlova, rather ordinary.

We came for a business lunch, a great time in this beautiful establishment. Special mention for the service which was remarkable from start to finish. On our plates, the dishes were good and well prepared, the desserts were excellent, especially the crêpes Suzette and the vanilla ice cream. The wine list is extensive. I will be back.

A great place to stay. The setting is lovely, adjacent to the Hôtel Hermitage. The cuisine is excellent, sophisticated, and accommodating to special diets. Highly recommended.

A great experience, after La Grenouillère and Sur Mer. A classic bistro menu. A lovely rib of beef to share. A very generous foie gras starter, like the peach tarte tatin for 2, which is for 4... Alexandre Gauthier's signature dish, a real treat. Exceptional and friendly service. Thank you, Soïzic, for your great energy. On the other hand, the wine list isn't up to par with other establishments. Unbalanced, with sometimes surprising coefficients (Chemin de Moscou in Languedoc at €90 when it's €17 excluding tax at the professional price... that's my job). Bordeaux wines with no personality, and you go from €50 to €200 without any intermediate offer... a recommended Marange without much interest and especially served too hot... Too bad, it's the only downside.

This restaurant truly deserves a 5-star rating... The welcome is exceptional... the dining room team is masterfully orchestrated by Virginie, accompanied by Soizic and a wonderful team. The quality and the selection: the magnificent dishes are top-notch, the starters, main courses, and desserts are generous and excellent, worthy of some Michelin-starred restaurants. This is a very young chef who truly deserves this award. Restaurant to recommend****** Mr. Alexandre Gauthier, you can be proud of your team. Gilles Robert
