The service was far, far too slow. It took over an hour for our starter, 47 minutes for the main course, and 32 minutes for dessert.

The main courses were a bit of a letdown: the green curry sauce on the monkfish was too strong and spicy, completely overpowering the fish's flavor. And the andouillette sausage in the Chinon cassoulet was undercooked. The starters were excellent (kudos for the sublime leek after the eel). The desserts were satisfying (special mention for the lemon and basil tart).

The meal was very, very good. But the time between each course was very, very, very long, which was a shame. We arrived at 1 p.m. and left at 4:15 p.m. We certainly had the time, it being Valentine's Day, but still. Otherwise, it was good.
