What a delightful surprise! There was so much finesse in this simply delicious and indulgent cuisine. We were expecting a simple meal. I can't decide whether I preferred the pike-perch quenelles or the poached pear. It was sophisticated and original. And we'll definitely be back, despite the drive. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

The menu is short, and even shorter when they tell you the signature dish is no longer available... But the service is very warm and the decor is pleasant. It's still a good idea to check the menu in advance and make sure several dishes appeal to you.

Second visit to the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a small amuse-bouche while waiting for our main courses. I don't know if we were taste testers, but it was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented. It was a truly excellent tasting experience, unlike anything else we've ever had. We highly recommend this amuse-bouche! The main courses were consistently high quality, nothing to complain about, whether it was the sausage in brioche or the whole veal kidneys, everything was impeccable. The desserts were wonderful, the chestnut tart was as light and delightful as ever, and the pear was succulent. Honestly, it's always a pleasure to go there, thanks to the ever-smiling and attentive waitress and the chef who prepares everything to perfection. I reiterate my congratulations to the team.

Small menu, quality homemade cuisine. I discovered it through a colleague, and we were suicidal enough to come on December 24th at noon... it was fantastic! Impeccable service, with an accommodating and helpful waitress... When I think that community-run taco places get 5-star ratings, while this unique cuisine is devalued by a few bitter old-timers... It's in these restaurants that you find real cuisine, not in kebab shops and other all-you-can-eat deals!...which are sometimes just as expensive!

Having eaten there last night, I thoroughly enjoyed the famous pig's trotter stuffed with foie gras; it was absolutely delicious! Well done, Franck...

Excellent food. Excellent wine. A very charming place, far from the tourist crowds. Perfect if you're passing through Sélestat!

Very good restaurant, very reasonably priced for quality dishes. A true culinary experience. Franck, the owner, is very professional and super friendly. Excellent cuisine, beautiful setting, I highly recommend it 100%. I wish you all a good appetite.

Exceptional without being fussy, the dishes are simply superb, the wine is affordable and clearly underrated, and the location has parking nearby, no worries there. A fantastic place that's really worth going to and returning to without hesitation. Well done to this family-run restaurant!
