Discovered in Sélestat, a pleasant surprise! We highly recommend this excellent restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive, the cuisine is refined and delicious, presented with simplicity and beautiful execution. A must-try restaurant in Alsace. Thank you to the chef and his team; we will definitely return. A lovely Easter weekend.

A great find for lunch. Cosy, fiendly, and really good food at a reasonable price. We had a great dandelion salad (Salade de Pisenlit) with bacon and a fried egg on top of it. Delicious lunch!

A bit late in leaving this review (visited in June), but it was out of the question not to, given how excellent the experience was. We had the opportunity to discover this restaurant as a group, and everything was perfect: a truly worthy establishment, with exceptionally high-quality, fresh, and expertly prepared ingredients. Personally, I enjoyed an absolutely succulent Parmesan tartare, perfectly balanced—one of the best I've ever had. My colleagues opted for generous, hearty summer salads, including a genuine burrata, which is becoming rare enough to warrant mentioning. A real treat during the beautiful summer months. Special mention also goes to the way they welcome groups, which isn't always the case in Sélestat and deserves to be highlighted. We will definitely be back. Well done to the whole team! 👏

Beautiful food. Warm welcome. We dined there during the Christmas market season, and it's rare to find such a welcoming place during peak tourist season. Well done.

Friendly welcome, decent food but nothing special, nice decor, disorganized service... and high prices for what you get.
