This restaurant deserves a much higher rating than 4.3. The sauerkraut was incredibly flavorful, the meat exceptional. The pork chop was fantastic, and the fat was amazing. The waitress was super friendly. Their Gewürztraminer is incredible. In short, go there!

Excellent restaurant. We come regularly and are never disappointed. The sauerkraut is light and easy to digest. The dessert is rather expensive but very generous. Best shared.

I've been here many times and always enjoyed the kidneys. They were the best prepared in the region. But today, for the first time, I experienced a disappointment: a whole lump of offal under a layer of sauce. Even a hardy diner like me can't stomach that. Sorry – but that's just unacceptable.

14/09/2026: Beautiful restaurant, clean, nice restrooms, perfect food, beautiful wines, perfect value for money! Best in Selestat. We had sheep cheese croquettes, perfect, my wife's melon was also perfect, not to mention the main courses! This was more than perfect!
