A quick stop at Germaine's yesterday after a 7-hour drive. We received a fantastic welcome! The tapas were amazing, beautifully prepared, we thoroughly enjoyed them! Special mention to the servers who were very helpful and incredibly friendly! Oxanna, Momo, and Lily, the nomadic truckers of La Rochelle

On a motorcycle road trip, we stopped in Gaillac one Saturday at lunchtime and had a wonderful time at Germaine's, where the waiter was super friendly! Refined dishes at a reasonable price 👍🏻 Highly recommended!

26/08/2026: A truly enjoyable experience! Excellent meal with pleasant service. A slight wait upon arrival was more than made up for by the owner when we offered coffee. Thank you again! We will gladly return.
22/08/2026: The owner gave us a fantastic welcome. He gave us great advice and was very personable. No Crémant d'Alsace (just kidding) 🤣 Highly recommended restaurant! Signed: The group of 9, including the two Alsatians

28/09/2026: Great! I had a generous mixed fish platter, except for one small issue: the salmon was a little overcooked for my taste.
22/09/2026: A fantastic restaurant where you feel right at home. The owner is incredibly friendly and the staff is excellent too. Be sure to book ahead! You won't be disappointed. The profiteroles are to die for! The food is superb.
