Passing through Gaillac, I ate there one evening and at lunchtime. In the evening, they offer a variety of well-prepared tapas in a warm atmosphere. At lunchtime, there's a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. It's truly excellent and generous. The welcome is warm, typical of the Southwest. Two brothers run their restaurant. They are friendly, smiling, and professional. A nice wine list... from Gaillac, of course. I highly recommend this well-run restaurant. A great place to eat in Gaillac. Thank you to the two brothers for their kindness.

One Saturday evening, my partner and I wanted to try a different tapas restaurant than the ones we'd already tried in Albi. Booking was easy through their website. We were won over! We chose several different tapas, and absolutely EVERYTHING was delicious! A special mention goes to the tuna tataki, which was simply exquisite! 😍 The service was quick and very friendly. (I gave the service 4 out of 5 stars because we're still waiting for the honey to go with our goat cheese, but the cheese was very good even without it 😂) The staff was attentive to the customer's well-being from beginning to end. We'll definitely be back!

We came as a couple and shared the best tapas in the region! The atmosphere was like being in the countryside, and the service was incredibly friendly and top-notch! I highly recommend it!

Lunch today. The welcome was fantastic, the food more than fantastic, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I wasn't the only one ☺️ I highly recommend it. Ewigo Gaillac is a winner! With my two sons, including the manager. I/we will be back.

04/05/2026: A must-visit restaurant that I highly recommend during your stay in Gaillac. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is fantastic. As a group of 10, we received a very warm welcome. Thank you so much!
01/05/2026: We ate there for lunch today and had a great time! First of all, regarding the food, the starter was nice (the one with the tuna), but I preferred my wife's (to each their own, as they say). However, for the main course, I had the burger and fries, and unfortunately, the burger bun was very hard, as if it had been in the oven too long or had been defrosted (I can't really tell). On the other hand, the fries were amazing!!! As for dessert, we had the trio; it was nice, but nothing special. Next, the service was really excellent! From the very friendly owner to the young servers who did their best, we appreciated it. We even left a tip, which is rare enough for me to mention. Finally, the atmosphere was pleasant outside. For €20.90 for a full meal, I feel I got my money's worth and therefore recommend this place!
