One Saturday evening, my partner and I wanted to try a different tapas restaurant than the ones we'd already tried in Albi. Booking was easy through their website.
We were won over! We chose several different tapas, and absolutely EVERYTHING was delicious! A special mention goes to the tuna tataki, which was simply exquisite! 😍 The service was quick and very friendly.
(I gave the service 4 out of 5 stars because we're still waiting for the honey to go with our goat cheese, but the cheese was very good even without it 😂)
The staff was attentive to the customer's well-being from beginning to end. We'll definitely be back!

We came as a couple and shared the best tapas in the region! The atmosphere was like being in the countryside, and the service was incredibly friendly and top-notch! I highly recommend it!

Lunch today. The welcome was fantastic, the food more than fantastic, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I wasn't the only one ☺️ I highly recommend it.
Ewigo Gaillac is a winner! With my two sons, including the manager. I/we will be back.
