I enjoyed the three-cheese macaroni; it was delicious. It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant; the service is friendly and the dishes are generally well-prepared. I've really enjoyed many of the dishes I've had there.

Rare restaurant open on a Monday evening. Decent pizza. Goat cheese salad with a mass-produced log of cheese and soggy toast... It's not hard to do better!

I congratulate this restaurant, which we discovered by chance. We had a 1.5 kg Limousin Bleu rib steak. The food was perfect, the fries too, and the sauce was spot on. To finish, we had homemade chocolate mousse. The welcome was excellent, as was the kindness of the staff in the kitchen. I highly recommend this restaurant, which also offers good value for money. The food is good. I enjoyed the foie gras, but I was disappointed by the cassoulet: the Tarbais sausages were overcooked for my taste. This explains the 4/5 rating. The dining room is a bit noisy. The service is very friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable.

My partner and I went for a meal yesterday evening. Steak frite & goats cheese salad followed by dessert. I cannot fault the food or service, especially at the price.

Hello, we came for lunch today and had a great time on this terrace overlooking a very nice street. The plates were lovely and well-stocked, and the price/quality ratio was excellent. I highly recommend him.

08/04/2026: Our daughter gave us a 3-night stay at this hotel as a gift. It was a wonderful present that we thoroughly enjoyed. It's a very welcoming hotel with a touch of vintage charm. Its location is perfect. It's in the city's historic center and on the banks of the Ariège River. A great base for exploring Foix. The staff was incredibly friendly and we felt very comfortable. The room we stayed in, with its river view, was spacious and comfortable. In this room, the headboard featured a starry sky that lit up. Since the weather was beautiful those days, we were able to have breakfast on a terrace by the river. A very pleasant experience. There was also a bar service in the evenings. Thanks to the kindness of Alban, Maëlle, and the rest of the staff, we had an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended.
05/04/2026: An "old-fashioned" hotel with lots of charm (old building, small bar area with an intimate atmosphere inside, etc.), a very pleasant welcome and service, clean and comfortable rooms... An address I book at regularly, and which I recommend!

02/02/2026: A very warm welcome. Group of 6, excellent service, very good starters, very tender veal stew, homemade desserts... Highly recommended. A nice touch was the complimentary plum at the end of the meal, and we had a great laugh with the chef who has excellent customer service skills... Well done! The Tatie Suze team...
