A fantastic place in Foix!
A really lovely spot where we had a wonderful meal. The cassoulet is simply excellent, generous, and full of flavor.
The service is top-notch: the staff is incredibly kind, warm, and attentive from start to finish. You immediately feel at ease.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great restaurant in the area. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We ate as a group of five and had a wonderful time. We thoroughly enjoyed the cassoulet and the meat. The service was very quick and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and the meat was excellent. I highly recommend it.

This is truly a wonderful establishment. The food is of the highest quality, and the meat, in particular, is excellent. The wine selection is also superb. We are very grateful for the experience.

The waiter was friendly, but the quality of the meal was disappointing.
The beef skewers were tasteless, despite being described as Provençal.
The warm goat cheese salad had only one piece of toast and two slices of goat cheese.
In short, it didn't live up to expectations.
P.S.: A response that starts with "false review" instead of asking if I made a mistake in my writing clearly demonstrates an awareness of the lack of flavor...it's a shame.

The staff were very pleasant, although the wait was a bit long, I admit (1 hour even though we arrived at the beginning of service), but we were on holiday so no stress. However, we were left wanting more; we found the portions weren't very big and the fries were really not great (the potatoes were swimming in oil, which is a shame).
