While passing through, we spotted a somewhat hidden door that intrigued us, and the menu really appealed to us. We bought some souvenirs and asked for a restaurant recommendation, and this was it. We were convinced it was a good choice. It was bitterly cold outside, and the warm welcome alone made us feel right at home. The food was excellent: oysters, onion soup, cassoulet... with generous portions! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you to the owner for this wonderful experience. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

The dishes are extraordinary and refined, the combination of ingredients is sublime...you get a taste of every flavor without any one overpowering the others. It was excellent from the amuse-bouche to dessert...pure bliss!

We had lunch in this exceptional historic setting for €55 per person, all-inclusive: amuse-bouche, starter, main course, dessert, wine, and coffee. The chef is inventive, the dishes are beautifully presented, the seasonal produce bursts with flavor, and the service is attentive. We'll be back!
