Au Jardin de la Tour sur Carcassonne

While passing through, we spotted a somewhat hidden door that intrigued us, and the menu really appealed to us. We bought some souvenirs and asked for a restaurant recommendation, and this was it. We were convinced it was a good choice. It was bitterly cold outside, and the warm welcome alone made us feel right at home. The food was excellent: oysters, onion soup, cassoulet... with generous portions! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you to the owner for this wonderful experience. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

We were treated like royalty by a charming "cod"... Smiling, empathetic, efficient! Just like the dishes that tantalized our taste buds!! Thank you!

Superb restaurant, superb setting, superb cuisine, superb service, superb wine, superb decor. Unfortunately, we weren't able to eat on the terrace; it's a shame the cool weather prevented us from enjoying this magnificent terrace. We loved their cooked dishes; they were a real treat. The waitresses are welcoming, and the owner is also very kind, with a smile, and the decor is just what we loved. Thank you.

It's hard to give an opinion, as the kitchen closes at 2 p.m. during peak season! Too bad

A fantastic evening in familly ( 4 of us)after 8 hours travelling from the come lac in Italy. We had a fantastic buratta as a starter for me and finished sharing it with the other 3 ha ha ha ......then a combo the tapas of seafood for two A duck breast ( ordered rose and the cooking point was just oerfect. Very well cooked and very soft meat just has it should be) and a cassoulet to have even if you are not hungry ( one of the best one I ever had( and not to mentioned that I'm a chef and very well travelled) and dessert and also 2 bottles of limoux ( was very well balanced with a fantastic fresh acidity) not yo mentioned the bread whom was just fantastic. Anyway just to say a really nice place with nice people's .a very nice young waitress andl the owner also very very nice and very welcoming A place to recommend if you want to have nice food with a non pretentious service but we'll executed and a nice evening without unneeded interruption Once again from me and my familly thank you for a fantastic evening Sebastien

A quiet restaurant despite the city's hustle and bustle, and very charming. Delicious dishes with plenty of flavor. I recommend it!
