A magnificent restaurant with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed lunch in the shade. The combination of fish and seafood was perfect. The staff was pleasant.

The setting was pleasant. We opted for the €15.90 set menu. The onion soup was decent, but the starter was unappetizing: a salad, a little ham, and a small piece of unseasoned goat cheese. The cassoulet was undercooked and very disappointing—half a sausage and a tiny piece of meat. Frankly, a can of food would have been just as good. The floating island dessert was tasteless.
Very disappointing.

It's a lovely place, with a prime location within the city and a view of the castle—it's practically right next door—making it a beautiful experience. It's a very peaceful and romantic spot for couples. The food is delicious, and cassoulet is a typical dish from Carcassonne; this is a great place to try it. I tried to make a reservation but couldn't, so we just arrived and had no problem.

Look no further, you've come to the right place! The welcome, the setting, the service, and above all, the quality of the food are all excellent!
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The house wine was superb!

Great location the restaurant could benefit a bit of TLC (tender loving care) the garden is a bit neglected and indoors are very outdated (and I don't mean medieval style).
The service was great but unfortunately the food wasn't amazing presentation was very basic and quality/taste wasn't great.
