A discreet spot nestled between the ramparts and a lovely garden, the welcome is warm and the service prompt. As for the food, the dishes are perfectly cooked and the portions are just right, allowing you to savor the flavors without feeling stuffed. I particularly enjoyed the pavlova for dessert, whose meringue was crisp on the outside and slightly sticky on the inside.

We often pass through Carcassonne and make a point of stopping here. It's a fantastic place in the city. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. The outdoor terrace is lovely in the summer. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The dishes were delicious, generous, and perfectly prepared. A huge thank you to the chefs who do a remarkable job in the kitchen. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each plate. A massive thank you also to Chloé, the waitress, and Marion at the bar, who were fantastic throughout the meal: very pleasant, smiling, professional, and attentive. Their good humor and warm welcome truly contributed to our enjoyment. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant!

We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious meal in a very calm and warm atmosphere, near the crackling fireplace. We appreciated the friendliness and genuine nature of the lady who runs the restaurant. A very good place that we will return to if the opportunity arises, to discover the lovely terrace next time!

While passing through, we spotted a somewhat hidden door that intrigued us, and the menu really appealed to us. We bought some souvenirs and asked for a restaurant recommendation, and this was it. We were convinced it was a good choice. It was bitterly cold outside, and the warm welcome alone made us feel right at home. The food was excellent: oysters, onion soup, cassoulet... with generous portions! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you to the owner for this wonderful experience. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

24/05/2026: The welcome was fantastic! We went without a reservation, even with our large dog, and they found us a quiet spot… The cassoulet was hearty and delicious, and the crème brûlée was perfect! I highly recommend it! Thank you ☺️ 🐾
