A 'quick' lunch... No... we took our time in a magnificent setting... a terrace under the trees... the servers were all smiling. Thank you, Sarah. The Caesar salad with the added touch of dry-cured ham... very dry, yet crispy.

We arrived just before our reservation but the staff were eating, this could have been handled slightly better. We were attending a concert and in a hurry, but service was quick and helpful - the food was not outstanding, but our expectations were probably too high, as it has a Michelin recommendation.

The cuisine is of exceptional quality, featuring seasonal vegetables from the chef's father's garden (the zucchini soup is excellent). We had a pleasant chat with him after our dinner. His generosity and attention to detail are evident in his dishes.

We came for pre-cocert dinner. The restaurant doors didn't open until 1915. Which was when our table was booked. However, we were greeted warmly, and seated quickly. The staff were helpful and friendly without being invasive. The food was EXCELLENT. If I had any criticism, it would be that the menu was a little limited. This restaurant in the heart of the city, is well worth a visit!!

An excellent restaurant in the heart of Carcassonne! The pardi was simply delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors and a beautiful presentation. As for the cassoulet, it was exceptional: generous, authentic, prepared with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. A real treat!
The service is warm, attentive, and professional, all in a pleasant setting. A wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend to all lovers of good food. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐

A truly wonderful, creative restaurant featuring high-quality, local produce, including family-grown vegetables. The cooking is superb, and the side dishes are out of the ordinary and make all the difference. Enjoy local wines at very reasonable prices. Octopus itself was very small. It tasted good, not great. Nice presentation, but decorations taste like cardboard. The couselleette was meh. The fois gras was meh as well. The egg appetizer was well cooked, but why was it cold?? The green appetizer was also cold for whatever reason.
