Excellent cuisine, beautiful presentation, original – the Michelin Guide was right to recommend it. A minor drawback was the service; the staff member seemed neither comfortable nor invested in the presentation of the dishes: a shame.

Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I was looking forward to the cassoulet, but the sausage was bland, and there were too many beans, so I got tired of it and couldn't finish it all. Since it's a Michelin-listed restaurant, I expected more refined dishes, but I realized that cassoulet is indeed a dish for warriors.

A bistro-style restaurant located in the heart of the city, yet peaceful thanks to its courtyard. The dishes are delicious and the staff is excellent. The presentation is beautiful. The cassoulet is perfect! We chose the Alais menu, which offered very good value for money. We will gladly return. We had a very pleasant evening.

There's something for every budget. The €26 set menu is perfect for lunch, especially the excellent cassoulet. The backyard is quiet and cozy. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back!

02/09/2026: Discovered by chance today. Friendly, quick, and smiling service. I recommend the €15.90 set menu with gizzard salad, cassoulet (served piping hot), and two scoops of ice cream. I highly recommend this place.
01/09/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant during our visit to the citadel. Its secluded location, away from the other, very noisy restaurants, and its affordable menu were what attracted us. The food was excellent, as was the homemade sangria. It was very good value for money, with a menu offering three choices of starters, three choices of main courses, and two choices of desserts. And all this with a wonderful welcome. It was perfect.

18/09/2026: I give Adélaïde 5 stars! For its warm welcome and simply sublime cuisine. The setting and the team are just incredible, I highly recommend it!
16/09/2026: Passing through the city, it was perfect in the evening with a view of the ramparts. The menu was affordable and plentiful. I loved their cassoulet! We'll be back.
