From the appetizer to the dessert, your taste buds will be deliciously captivated. The welcome and service are very good in a rather pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it for gourmets.

I guessed it's seen better days. Food was good but nothing special. We were not asked the point of the meat and was too done for our taste. One of the waiters is excellent, the other one is bad even with a bit of bad manners. We went to other places in the old city that were much better for the food and much more charming. Wouldn't recommend

Fantastic! We loved the place, the simple yet modern decor, the excellent service from the waitresses, and the food was simply delicious. We chose the €26 set menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. If I return to Carcassonne, I will definitely eat at this restaurant again!

A gem! The cuisine is delicious, creatively blending tradition and modernity. They excel at the fundamentals (exceptional foie gras, light and fresh, impeccable cassoulet), while showing imagination with indulgent dishes like the perfect egg or the veal sweetbreads. Succulent desserts provide a (light) sweet ending... and all this at VERY reasonable prices. I've rarely seen such value for money! A must-try in Carcassonne.
