A truly wonderful experience at Jardin d’Eden. The welcome was both highly professional and warm, which immediately put us at ease. The suggestions for drinks and aperitif wines were particularly well-chosen and perfectly complemented the dishes we selected. The quality of the food was remarkable: beautiful combinations, perfectly balanced flavors, and delightful textures. Special mention goes to the velouté, which was simply succulent. From start to finish, everything was executed with finesse and consistency. An address I recommend without hesitation, and one where you will definitely want to return.

The sweetbreads and foie gras were the best, and the Hugo wild strawberry (non-alcoholic) was also very good. It was perfect, even the service was top-notch. Congratulations to Jardin d'Eden!

We had a wonderful time! Excellent service, excellent food and a very memorable experience. Simona was wonderful, she advised us on what to eat and drink and provided us with the best service. The food is delicious, the Foie Gras is so good that I took 250g back with me to Italy. Thank you very much for making my birthday dinner special

A warm welcome and refined cuisine, from the amuse-bouche to dessert. I particularly recommend the crispy sweetbreads and the caramelized apples on Breton shortbread with caramel ice cream.

A very pleasant setting, impeccable service, a surprise appetizer and seasonal amuse-bouche (divine mushroom broth), and what a pleasure to savor homemade cuisine with excellent perch fillets accompanied by a delicious sauce. Well-stocked wine cellar. Everything was perfect. 6 guests were charmed. Thank you for rekindling our love for restaurants. We'll be back.

07/12/2025: We came to this hotel for the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The reception staff were excellent: very professional, with clear explanations of how the different services worked. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite with a lake view. The room was perfect: very clean, elegant, and comfortable. At the spa/sauna, we were also greeted by a very kind, warm, and professional person who gave us all the necessary information. The next day, at breakfast, we received an exceptional welcome from Walid, who demonstrated great professionalism, remarkable kindness, and a very warm smile. A big thank you to him and to the entire Hilton team. A longer spa/sauna time slot for children would be a real plus. See you soon.
