"Le Lard et au Cochon: A must-visit in Carcassonne!
QUALITY: The meats are the highlight of the menu. They're absolutely delicious! Not to mention their cassoulet, a real treat. A true Master Chef is at the helm, you can tell.
The service is excellent. The owner is incredibly kind, it's a pleasure to dine there. The terrace is perfect in season.
The location on a pedestrian street is ideal, safe, and quiet. Perfect for children. Easily accessible by wheelchair. And for those who come by car, parking is easy on the adjacent streets.
Best restaurant in the city center in my opinion, not to be missed!"

Perfect! A restaurant that truly lives up to its promises. The food is excellent and the setting is very pleasant, ideal for a great time. The staff is welcoming, responsive, and attentive. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend it.
Arriving without a reservation, we received a very warm welcome from the staff. The food was excellent and very generous, made with high-quality ingredients. We also had a lovely encounter at the next table with a couple of regulars who gave us great tips on places to discover in and around Carcassonne.

We went there with a colleague at the last minute; they took us in, were super friendly, the meal was excellent, and the service was top-notch.
I highly recommend it and will definitely go back when I'm next in the area.
