The food was fantastic! We tried the cassoulet, a very generous portion and excellent quality. The service was also great; they spoke Spanish and the staff came around to ask if everything was alright. I would definitely return.

A warm and attentive welcome.
From appetizer to dessert, a delight for the palate! A sublime terrine with a proper salad dressing and a pork cheek to die for! I highly recommend stopping by! Wow!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance.
They even let us in with our dog.
We had a cassoulet and a Toulouse sausage with fries.
The portions were VERY LARGE, we struggled to finish them 😅

We were glad we booked a table at this restaurant.
Of course, we ate meat. I had the "pluma," which was incredibly tender, and my son had the filet mignon.
The portions were so generous that we didn't have time for dessert.
If you're in Carcassonne, you absolutely must go.

Perfect! That's the first word that comes to mind when I think back to the Valentine's Day meal I shared with my sweetheart at this amazing restaurant!
The welcome was fantastic, the service was excellent, and what can I say about the food... The pork knuckle confit with honey and garlic was divine!!! They were out of cassoulet that evening (be sure to reserve your portion if you want some, it's very popular!) and honestly, it was the best pork knuckle I've ever had. The mashed potatoes were just as good, and best of all, after just one dish, I was completely full—a real treat for a big eater like me. A top-notch team; I highly recommend it!

We came on Saturday, February 14th, initially a little disappointed to learn that the cassoulet was sold out (great for the kitchen, it means they're working hard! 🤩), and we understand why. Everything was excellent. Truly delicious food, it was succulent. The service was top-notch and the welcome very pleasant and warm. We will definitely be back to try their cassoulet again, given the incredible quality of the dishes.
Prepare your stomachs because the portions are more than generous!! 🤩
