A charming place. Very attentive and pleasant treatment. They speak in Spanish and translate everything necessary. Small and familiar. The food is amazing. We ordered a salmon starter off the menu, and two starters to share: duck magret and confit pork jaret. A delight. Reservations are recommended as it fills up quickly.

Lors d’un après-midi chaud à Carcassonne, on est tenté par la spécialité : le cassoulet! Tout d’abord, on est bien accueilli par un service pro et détendu, et quand on est face à ce fameux cassoulet, on en meurt d’envie ! Il est savoureux, la viande est parfaite et les quantités sont généreuses, peut-être un peu trop… La crème caramel est efficace mais reste simple, et le rapport qualité-prix est très correct. On recommande de vive voix "Au lard et au cochon".

Excellent, un contact, un relationnel, une convivialité , des commerçants comme on aimerait en trouver dans tout les domaines, tout simplement humain , compréhensible Je n ai pas assez de vocabulaire pour les remercier de leur accueil

16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop. We had a flawless meal from start to finish. Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet. Each dish more tempting than the last. The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.
15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.
