Great service. They have a nice selection of wine. The food was good, but the duck breast skin could have been charred a little more.

I think this is one of the best restaurants I have been to, especially in terms of customer service. The food and wine is really reasonable, atmosphere is nice, and the owners are soooo nice. They took time to explain menu, their restaurant ,wines etc. worth visiting 100%

A magnificent restaurant in Carcassonne with its specialty: cassoulet! The daily menu, featuring turkey confit salad and aligot sausage, was also delicious! Delicious little ice creams for dessert on this sunny March day, which made for a perfect lunch.

We had a very pleasant evening with another couple of friends. The staff is very welcoming, the owner is very friendly, and the explanations of the dishes and wines are very well presented. The dishes are very good and generous. The only slight drawback was that while the ribeye steak was very good and tender, I would recommend using a higher-quality knife for this type of dish. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back when the weather is nicer and enjoy this superb, tree-shaded terrace. Congratulations to this family for their work in the kitchen, the service, and the hospitality. I loved it and highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: A place to return to. The service is outstanding. The staff clearly know how to treat customers exceptionally well, and it's evident from the moment you walk in. They are incredibly polite and attentive. The food is a 10 out of 10, and the ingredients are top-quality. We ordered two set menus for €19.50 each and couldn't have been more satisfied. The set menu salad was fresh and plentiful, the honey-glazed ribs were melt-in-the-mouth delicious, and the casserole (you can't leave Carcassonne without trying it) was fabulous. And the desserts were absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, when I return to Carcassonne, I will eat here again. 100,000% recommended.
