Incredible find! We were recommended this place by a friend who lives in the area, and it was a great choice. They have a very well-prepared, healthy menu, truly committed to using local produce. 15/02/2026: Tucked away in the old city of Carcassonne. A very delicious meal, albeit a bit small portions (though that might just be me). We had canelloni with foie gras, followed by a super tasty steak with pepper sauce. The desserts were also delicious. We had the friendly service choose our wine, and it was absolutely perfect.
