The setting is unusual and very pleasant. But I was very disappointed by the menu. The foie gras was mediocre at best, and the vegetables were poorly cooked. I had been there a few years ago, and the meal was well-prepared and truly delicious. What a shame.

A warm welcome, the decor is truly superb, a haven of peace! Not to mention the food, which is simply excellent. Very close to the city of Carcassonne, I highly recommend it!

I was frankly disappointed by the beef and vegetable stir-fries; the assortment of vegetables was rather strange and not very appetizing, as if they had been thrown together randomly. Half of the vegetables were raw, and the soy sauce was a poor choice.
