A particularly friendly welcome, but also a fantastic meal! The starter, the Egg Cocotte with Auvergne Blue Cream, was truly delicious. The Beef Tartare was tasty but also presented with care. My wife had a Cabillaud on a bed of ratatouille and had to think long and hard about when she had ever had such a delicious meal. For dessert, we chose the Crème Brûlée, which we hadn't encountered in years. In short, highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The menu offered a delicious selection of dishes and a perfect daily special at a very reasonable price. We had a lovely time and highly recommend Le Faisan Doré as a must-visit restaurant if you're in Villefranche. We will definitely be back. Sincerely, Patricia
