We had a wonderful time at Au Refuge in Auron. You can feel their genuine commitment to showcasing local farmers and producers, resulting in authentic, generous, and flavorful cuisine. The dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients, the service is warm, and the atmosphere is friendly. A truly lovely place where you enjoy both the food and the good company. 15/04/2026: It's magnificent, right in the middle of the slopes! We slept incredibly well at 1650 meters altitude. The room was very comfortable, the price very reasonable, and the breakfast was enormous.
29/03/2026: A real gem on the slopes of Auron! Between runs, or in the evening, a warm atmosphere, a top-notch welcome, and above all, cuisine that's well worth the trip. Special mention for the wood-fired meat dishes: perfectly cooked, incredible flavors—we simply loved them. They're generous, authentic, and exactly what you crave after a great morning of skiing. An address to remember for combining the pleasure of the slopes with the pleasure of fine dining. We'll definitely be back!
